Food was okay, the woman who took our orders wasn’t very friendly. Service was quick, parking was easy and plenty of outdoor seating. This place came highlight recommended, but honestly I don’t know why. Maybe it was an off day or we didn’t get what they specialize in, but most of the food was pretty bland.

Best tacos in Charlottesville. They can do traditional style or American style. The torta is huge and amazingly delicious. Different levels of salsa spice is a great touch as well. This place is a must stop if ever passing though.

We were hosting a graduation party and were lucky enough to find La Michoacana. This family owned business provided great service, met our time deadlines, and the food was excellent. We ordered 3 different types of street tacos and I must say, there is nothing better than homemade corn tortillas. They had 4 different salsa's that were excellent. Truly a hidden gem in C'ville!

Texans looking for tacos. We found this spot, and yes, it is delicious. I got chicken flautas, my husband the carnitas. 5 stars all the way! Oh and they have pupusas!

Tasty and authentic Mexican food. My torta a la Michoacana (sandwich) could more accurately be named "meat tornado," although it wasn't so overwhelming that you couldn't distinguish between flavors or meats. Loved the agua de Jamaica too.

Great spot! Handmade tortillas really made a difference. Two carne asada and two al pastor with no onions (because I’m a fully-grown child who doesn’t like onions).

A great little hole in the wall place to get Mexican food! Their indoor area is pretty clean and the food is absolutely delicious with great portions. I ended up eating one entree over one dinner and lunch the next day. Their utensils are all plastic so it is a bit hard to eat with them but that was my only real complaint. Service was great and staff was friendly. Parking can be hard to find though.
