This location needs more help on a Saturday at lunch, especially. The man that helped us seemed to being 20 things at once and no burning anything. He was about 5'5, seemed to be working alone and we were there around noon. So were 10 other orders ready to be picked up! The gentleman ensured no burned pizzas, handled customers like a chap all with a smile on his face. I don't know what he makes but if it's in the lunch rush and he's the only one working, pay him for both positions. He's already doing the work!

pizza is so good as always. my order was ready on time. only reason i’m not giving 5 stars is because my order was wrong. i was given cheesy bread instead of crazy bread and my pretzel crust was just normal crust, but i don’t mind too much. way better than the university location.

Most pleasant, professional and fastest experiences I’ve had at this location. Young man asked did I want to take a look a pizzas that were recently prepared to see if I wanted it and it was hot, fresh and good to go. Didn’t even spend 5 minutes in there.
Not sure if this was cause it was earlier in the day but shout out to the young man who helped.

The staff were cordial but lack attentiveness. I wish these restauranteurs would understand they could do a lot to temper customer's emotions by simply acknowledging them and a "we'll be with you in a moment". Instead of feigning as if you haven't seen them standing there for 5 mins waiting to be served! Does a worker shorter mean you can't provide a semblance of etiquette and decorum; you know, good old-fashioned customer service?! I digress! I had the Pepperoni Detroit Style Deep Dish 🍕($8.99+tax) and it was excellent! Ready before assigned time (online order), hot gooey cheese, with lots of pepperoni on a fluffy crust that's crispy around the edges. Umh! It's sliced in 8 squares, I ate 2 and was plenty full. Bon Appetit ❣️

My new pizza spot! Order is always fresh and on time. Employees are friendly and professional. Reward system isn't the best though, but the pizza definitely is.

Customer service seem to have picked up lately. Workers look happier and happy to take your order. How ever i am now a keen user of the pizza oven app so im not stuck in the claustrophobic store waiting in line. Also to help lessen the load on the workers. They get so much business I admire their endurance and ability. Anything i can do to make it easier on them i do.

I absolutely admire the employees here. A customer was yelling and berating the lady working at the counter and the employee remained calm and professional the whole time. I don't know why customers think yelling and screaming will lead to them getting their food faster. Did I have to wait for my food? Yes but I don't mind since then it's fresh out of the oven and extra delicious. I got an Italian Cheese Bread the other day and it was so warm and cheesy... No other chain pizza place can hold a candle to the Italian Cheese Bread.
But seriously these employees are saints with the way they handle the verbal abuse of customers. No one deserves to be treated that way but they certainly handle it with grace and professionalism
