The store looks a lot better then when I was here a year ago. Very clean, neat, organized. Produce section looks like a healthy fresh garden. Soo many colorful choices.. I came here for specific item that I couldn't find any where else. The SULA Malteada VainiSula, are sooo soo good . Like your last slightly melted bites of a delicious bowl of vanilla🍦, chocolate🍫, or strawberry🍓 icecream mmm🤤

We get here about every 2 to 3 months for our supplies. The meats and fish are always fresh and they have an abundance of different types of Jamaican products as well as others. Ee can get our good plantains, hard food, anything you need here they have. My hubby's favorite is getting the dried codfish and the hard dough bread and duck bread whenever they have it.

I visited the store for toiletry items which I found very quickly. As I was making my way to the checkout registers, I discovered that there was also a hot food bar.
I treated myself to a couple of breakfast items. The store was convenient to my lodging.

Store is very clean and organized. Good prices on most items and they have a lot of hard to find items. There is plenty of parking although the parking lot really needs some cleaning!

Always love going here even though it’s higher in cost than most average grocery stores. Their meat is priced very well. I always get the aletas locas, which is the flavored chicken in the fresh meat department. It’s only $2.50 a lb, is seasoned to perfection and always fresh. Plus Thejr produce is better than most grocery stores! Go here all the time and will continue to go here. ❤️

Amazing customer service special thanks to meat dept for taking care of an issue I encountered. The basket has some delicious flan cheesecake. The little restaurant has chicharons that were meaty & crispy! The lines weren't too long and management is kind! Been a while since I shopped here but I'll definitely return. They have a great selection of food items and more. They even had blue roses my favorite.

Very large variety of everything. The produce was super fresh and a vast amount of different items to choose from, the meat selection was immense with everything from seafood to poultry to beef and pork. Prices were very reasonable and the personnel were very friendly and helpful. They have a deli and a hot food bar I will definitely be going back

I prefer this locations since it is not as crowded as the store on Tryon. I like that they offer all of my international brand groceries, fresh veggies and fruits.

This is a pretty nice store. It's just like any of the other compare foods you can go to here in the city. This place doesn't seem to have all the food nationalities that the super g Mart on Independence boulevard has, however, it does mostly cater to Spanish cuisine and shopping so if you're looking for a place like that then this is the place for you. But I mean it's always clean everyone that works there is nice. They have a jewelry store inside a place where you can wire money, and I think an insurance and travel agency as well.

First time my wife and I been at this Compare Foods store, I hate to say but we went down looking for chitterlings, but we didn't find any so I ask one of the store members about it so he checked things out for me he even went to the back he informed me that they didn't have any so he got his manager who I found also friendly, respectful and very helpful, unfortunately he said that they was completely out, and I thanked him so we gave each other the fist bump. So the wife and I walked around the store because it was such a huge store bigger than any grocery store that I know of, but before leaving out we got a few items to take with us the checkout clerk greeted us with a warm welcome and friendly positive attitude. And we will be going back I want to thank the manager and his respectful and caring staff members.
