Not a good value any more - burritos are half the size they used to be. I went on a trip and ordered our usual burritos and the other location made them like chipotle used to - a meal. It’s a snack now at Waverly. As a single parent it’s frustrating to splurge on takeout and still have my children hungry. After complaining in the app several times I checked the bag before leaving and the employee I mentioned it to blamed me - twice. First she said we didn’t order enough ingredients (it’s the same order for five years-they were big up until a few months ago). Then she told me it’s because I didn’t come in and wait in line. She also said they are not allowed to open them. But she could have offered to make them over or give me some additional ingredients im a container. Not planning to go here again. Note I don’t mind paying more (they raised the prices recently) but I want full sized burritos and at least an attempt to resolve my complaint.

This location is not good and they tried to be slick. I ordered online a burrito bowl. If you ordered this before. You know the bag is heavy. I went in the restaurant look like a tornado went through it. Dirty tables and debris on the floor. So that should have been my red flag. I went to the online order rack. I picked my bag up it was so light. Then I get to my car. I said let me check this before I leave this parking lot. I received this disgusting looking bowl that look like someone ate out of. I went back in the store. The associate apologized. She said we will make you another but we are out of this, this, this, and this. I said this is ridiculous just give me my money back. She then tells me I have to call the customer service number to get a refund. I never had experience like this at a Chipotle. I'm not returning back to this location

Extremely disappointed with this Chipotle. I love Chipotle and have been eating here for years, but this Chipotle consistently doesn't meet my expectations. Many times the portions are extremely under served and today was the last straw where my order was not properly packed and I come home for the paper bag to give out and half my order to spill on the ground. They offered a refund but me and my family were left with a poor lunch to eat. Overall, just have not been happy with my experiences with this Chipotle.

I ordered online with my credit cared spending over $40. I provided my phone number on the order as well. I arrive after driving some distance to be told "we are out of rice" and everything I ordered was rice based. With gas over $4 a gallon, I am NOT happy with this first experience with this restaurant. They knew they were out of the main base ingredient for this order, and yet no call. Nice. I'm hoping the refund is quick now.

The food here was good but the serving line was lacking plenty some food. The place inside and outside though was very dirty. Literally All the tables (I totally checked twice) had food and or crumbs on them and the trash cans were overflowing.the outside tables were pretty much the same. The inside could use a good sweep as well. Just stock the line better and clean up better and this place could have 5 stars easy.

The girl and guy working the front were awesome. I wish they had pleasant people like this at every chipotle! Most do but I've ran into a couple that didn't. Keep good people like this employed Chipotle. Bravo!

Everytime I place order they keep sending less portions. Especially while delivering the order they give less portions of everything and when I contact customer care they give discounts for next order but won't change their behavior.
And, everytime I place delivery I try to call the store and inform them to put more portions but the store people won't pick up call and keep sending the less portions.
I think customer care should be available to let them know of this issue instead of giving discounts of next orders. I really want someone to call me and take my opinion seriously because I like chipotle and don't want to spend my hard earned money on less portions of the food I get when I'm hungry and have to sleep empty stomach.

Ordered a catering pick up order for 45 ppl on May 15th and the order was missing the main ingredient chicken. We had ordered 2x chicken. Unable to contact the Waverly Charlotte store. Gave online feedback and called multiple times to the Chipotle catering line only to be told will hear back from feedback team. Still waiting to hear back.. extremely disappointed in a well established business… ruined our event…
