Good location near the main road but negative because there is no drive-through. Seemed very nice but a little bit understaffed and needed a little bit of cleaning. Otherwise very good coffee and donuts.

Picked up a frozen hot chocolate for my boss’ husband since his Dunkin’s machine is broken, he was so excited! He said his drink has never looked that good and this was after a 25 minute commute. There seems to be new management in this location and it seems like things are getting turned around for the better, I wish them the beat of luck!

The cashier this morning (Elliott I think), was the best customer service I’ve seen anywhere in a long time. He was a gentleman, calm (I was indecisive) and seemed very pleasant.
The young lady in the back making sandwiches made them perfect too. Great job to the whole team.

Mark should teach customer service. He did a fantastic job. You treated me like I've been a customer and his store for years. I left with donuts in my hand and a smile on my face.

The employee at the counter was great. Very engaging with all the customers.. I believe the manager didn't understand that he was the reason for people returning. Customer service venues especially fast food restaurants need quick-witted upbeat people to change the stigma of Quick Service Restaurant employees.
It would be nice though if Dunkin' Donuts did make all of their donuts in house... Unfortunately they are frozen.

Very friendly staff and they made my order quick. I don't normally go to Dunkin' Donuts but since my experience going here I will probably start going to Dunkin Donuts more often. The Dunkin Donuts employee also gave me a free donut because he had a coupon laying around. That kind of customer service you don't see very much these days. That's something Starbucks should start to employ with their employees.
