Top Notch Hibachi service. I went for the $24.99 deal. Decent price for what all came with it. The cook was very entertaining and did a wonderful job keeping the whole table intrigued. They would have been five stars easy but their Saké was a bit watery, still was good but wasn't as strong as most.
Great appetizers, especially the fried calamari served here. Delicious and flavorful sushi. Our Hibachi chef unfortunately lacked showmanship. His food was amazing, I had the hibachi dinner with scallops and salmon. He was a chef and great performer, he had the right energy

The food was wonderful. There was so much of it ate the rest the next day! Our chef was so entertaining and heightened the experience even more. I must go back soon! I loved the shrimp! Next time, I want to try the lobster and the teriyaki chicken and the sushi!
Visiting Charlotte this Kabuto is conveniently located near the Sonesta Excutive Park. I wanted a fast healthy lunch to eat at my hotel so I desired to try them. The experience was good. The only downside is that the tables were smaller and felt way more cramped than any other Japanese steak house I've been to.
The waitress and the cook are all very nice. The food are great (not like some very salt with a lot of soy sauce). 😋 The amount of the food is HUGE! The price is very fair (especially during Monday thru Thursday they have specials).
The sushi was beautiful and equally tasteful. I sat at the bar and the manager and sushi cook were friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back.
