I visit this wendy's location on South Blvd last Sunday , little far from home but worthwhile , I had to do it because the one located on Park Rd across front the hospital the old woman manager is careless about that location
Was busy inside and the drive thru too, the girl in the cash register very friendly 😃 to the customers checking every order before give it to us , food was exactly as I want cooked perfect and fast I spend 14 min big difference as the one on Park Rd I had to wait 35 and wrong the location clean stuff very friendly too I'm happy and very satisfied with the change

I don't really dislike this location but this particular visit wasn't pleasant. Order took way too long. Was never advised of the reason for the delay. Employees held personal conversation in ear shoot of the drive through window. When we got our order, it was incomplete. Had to go back inside for a french fries, and didn't get the slightest apologies​.
Update, went back another night, the food and service was great!

Food was fast and hot. No delays. They did run out of French fries. However they made up for it, and gave me a loaded baked potato at no additional charge. They just charged it like they would if you got fries with the meal deal.

I got some free food/beverages, a handmade full size taco salad when I asked for and paid for a half and my little cousin got some handmade, cut up strawberries and apples for her kids meal. All of this without asking for it. It was like the cashier was working for tips. I'm recommending this Wendy's because not because of the great service, I received but because it was just a good experience, very different and the food is always good.

My family members and I just had the worse experience at Wendy’s. We went through the drive thru which took forever. Got to the window. There was no greeting. No customer Service at all! They took the card and it took forever to receive it back. No communication.
By the way we’d asked for a second order at the drive up speaker and was told to hold one sec. it took so long that we just drove up. Got to the window... after we finally got our card back and she said that we would have to come in to place the second order. That was fine. My husband went inside while everyone else waited at the drive the window for a VERY LONG TIME!!! Got the bags, food was missing from 2 out of the 4 bags they gave us! We started passing them back explaining the error. They were agitated by this time. And so were we. We were asked to pull around.
I go back in the store And asked for the managed. He was told no that the manager was helping them in the back. Understandable. She came around the corner. I gave her the bags that we had in the car Bc we wanted a refund; we’d been waiting so long at this point ... we’d been told to drive around ... STILL WAITED ... i gave the manager, Leeasia the bags and she threw them in the floor! With no concern about her customers, she walks off into the drive thru window. More and more customers were coming in from the drive through Bc of the wait ... she goes and locks the doors.
Poor poor customer service. Poor incident resolution. This is ridiculous!! The leader in the establishment was not setting a good example for her employees to model. The right thing to do would to have been polite and apologetic and explain why things were going so slow to customers. Customers are much less agitated when greeted and treated with great customer service!

Slowest service in the history of slow service. There are like 6 employees here and only ONE is working. Pretty sure end of her shift so she is on slow mode... and she is gonna end up being yelled at by this gentlemen here and it's not totally her fault. 15 min at least AFTER we ordered and only thing up is my drink. This guy ordered 20 min ago and only now getting his order. Woman outs side in drive thru had to park and come in... correction SEVEN EMPLOYEES! (6 OF THEM ON BREAK AT THE SAME TIME!) this poor girl! Horrible management here... smh
