Ordered carryout, and it was ready in about 20 minutes. Not one of the 12 people we fed could complain. I would order again.
Went to Papa John’s just for the dessert bc my cravings were outta this world! Was greeted by Q upon walking in and received my food quickly as it was actually ready on time. Really great experience. I’ll be back
Typical Papa John's fare. Somewhat disappointed in the cold reception. When I went in to order I was told to go outside and call my order in by phone. I used the app instead.
It would also be nice to have a few seats and tables either indoors or out, and some napkins for folks traveling like I was.

I ordered through papa John's app. It went to a doordash driver which I'm unhappy about. Had an issue with driver, called papa John's and the manager Christine was amazing and helped solved my issue.
Brought up an issue with our pizza, mainly taste and smell of it was off. After bringing it back to the store they offered to remake it.
Really polite and didn't give us a hard time about it. The second one was 100% better. Thank you.
