I always have a good experience. I just wish guests would be more understanding about staffing. I always feel so bad waiting on a drink or until they open and there's already someone being super rude for no reason. God bless the workers at Starbucks because I don't think I could do that work.

I've been here upwards of ten times, and every time I'm here, the Starbucks employees serve me with the upmost respect and care. My drinks are always made well and quick. I rarely have complaints, but when I do, they are quick to fix them and will even remember for the next time.

i had the best drink ever. shout out to dakota for making this a amazing experience being really kind and helpful when ordering my drink. this was the best drink i've ever had from starbucks. 10/10 i would go again even though it was a little out of the way. if you want a amazing drink i would request dakota. amazing worker right there.

This is my favorite location and that's saying a lot because I probably know every location in Charlotte and visit regularly. Tucked away inside a corner of a Harris Teeter, it is easily accessible from the parking lot, there is never a line and they have made my drinks perfectly each time, which is saying a lot because I have been getting the same drink for 10 years and it has always been hit and miss everywhere else.

This barista Dakota made my order in like less than a minute and it was amazing I think it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks

The Arboretum Starbucks is nice and cozy. The staff is very friendly and you are in and out quickly. Miriam is my favorite Barista!

Always great service here. Lines can get long during peak times but staff does a great job at keeping it moving.
