I got an email saying, "That delivery was not what we hoped it would be". You know what? That delivery was great! When I placed the order the web site stated it might take up to 57 minutes to deliver the order, so I was ready for a wait. When I got the food, it was warm and exactly what I ordered. On top of that the driver was friendly and kind. Thank you, Dominos!

My order has been in prep for 50 minutes and I been on hold 10 minutes calling about it y’all need to tighten up I could have got grocery and made my OWN pizza from scratch for this rifraff 😒

I order regularly and always receive friendly service, never delivery since we live just a mile down the road, but pick up orders are always ready in 10-15 minutes at most, even at busy times. Skyler, the manager has even called to confirm my order when on a rare occasion I get something different from the usual even though the mistake would have been on my end and not theirs. Not sure why this place has 3 stars, either people don't realize Charlotte traffic sucks for anyone in the delivery service, or lack of compassion for those in the service industry.
