This is one of the best Dunkin’s in the city. The staff is so personable and friendly no matter what time of the day you come in. You feel like you’re picking up a coffee from your family’s house. On top of that, their teamwork is amazing. The food comes out so quick and always done correctly. Kudos to this team!
I love this place! But I especially love it when the kind tall gentleman with tattoos is working, he’s been here a long time and has always gone above and beyond with his service! There should be a tip option here! My birthday drink today was perfect, as pictured.
I stop in often in the mornings to pick up my app order and the staff is always so friendly and polite. My order is always prepared quickly and ready upon arrival. Great customer service.
Wow, just came out of this place . Everything was so good, friendly cashier ( Deasia ) she is amazing, my sandwich was delicious and fresh, and good coffee.
My favorite Dunkin' spot since moving down from Jersey. They are nice, and they are QUICK. No drive-thru, but it doesn't even matter. I got a sandwich, coffee and dozen donuts--by the time I was done picking the donuts, they were handing me my sandwich!
I saw a billboard for their new cold brew with sweet cold foam and had to give it a try. I ordered through the app and found that they had a deal going on for $3 for a medium cold foam cold brew. It was ready within 5 minutes of ordering and the customer service was great. I loved their version of cold foam and I am sure I'll be back for more.

The best Dunkin Donuts in all of Charlotte. Every employee is in such a good mood. The manager here is so friendly/upbeat. I always get my order super quick whether I order ahead or walk in. 10/10 everyone here deserves a raise.
