Early morning when everything is fresh! Amazing coffee and donuts of course. Maybe take some to your job everyone will love you. My favorite is the small munchkins. I also love there hash browns and sausage biscuits.

Had a long day by the time I hit the drive thru on Tuesday, 12-7-21 & had plenty more to do & wanted caffeine. I had a coupon in the app for a free espresso drink. I ordered a large caramel craze & a chicken, bacon, & cheese croissant stuffer. I'd asked for a cheese croissant not realizing they were all together. Initially, I didn't know which drink I was ordering & asked for a minute. I gave my order and waited only to hear the young lady ask me if I was ready to order. I repeated my order. She scanned my qr code & the code for my free drink with no problem. The picture of the croissant stuffer is exactly how it looked while still in the Dunkin parking lot. Don't know what happened to the top of the stuffer.

Ordered three items. Only got one. Then explained to the cashier. Got one more item but they forgot the third. They get aggravated with me that they messed up and I decide to just leave the drive thru instead. This place is a disaster in every way. From the dilapidated location to the service to the food quality. Stay away

Went here and the girl got upset that we did a mobile order while waiting in the drive thru. There was literally no one in line behind us or in front of us. Then, when we got to the window, she once again stated that we could not do that and to just order normally next time. Whatever, no big deal. I responded "okay" and she handed me my coffee and then slammed the window shut. I was still waiting for a donut and bagel. After a few minutes someone walked up to the window and asked what we were waiting for. I told them the rest of our order and then told them what happened. They told me to have a good day and threw my bag at me, which hit me in the face, with the donut and bagel inside. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I was very disappointment when I ate from here. The only thing that was good about it was the size of the sandwich, but the actual sandwich had no taste to it all!! The hot chocolate from QT is ten times better. That was definitely my first and last time ordering food from there!

This company isn't Vegan enough for me. Dunkin, Please work on that! Vegan donuts are a thing becoming more AMAZING and more popular. Also Dunkin, PLEASE STOP PUTTING MILK IN YOUR BOTTLED COLD BREW PRODUCTS!!! Me being a lactose intolerant Vegan, I shouldn't have to check the ingredients on a bottle of black cold brewed coffee to ensure it doesn't contain dairy. I'm so glad I check your label! PLEASE FIX THIS! (Your biggest competitor Starbucks has a dairy-free Cold Brew).

I am here for a visit passed but w/ some people in the drive way to order : all of our orders from the coffee to the toasted bagels even the hash browns the entire order was delicious ! Thank you to Sabrina 🥰 we appreciate you . You made our day with the food order and how delicious it was

The worst location beware! I have stop by here a lot and the front door is lock! So you have to get in the long drive Thur line. They never have enough staff to operate their business. Mgmt most definitely need a make over. Only one young lady there seems to have it together every morning! Where are the good developers that are building in the area? One word... Starbucks!

I have stopped by here many times before and usually I will get either a good and pretty fresh donut or one that is not so far off but this morning I stopped by and got one and it had to have been one of the most stale donuts I have ever had. No breakfast today I guess.
