The staff at this store is extremely friendly and has great service. Lots of smiles!! The food was hot and delicious!! My cookies were fresh out of the oven! Wow!! What a great experience. I could even hear the smile through the order taking process..just great service!!! The second shift team just did an outstanding job and needs a huge thank you!

Went through the drive through and got a shareable meal order. Got home and realized one of the Big Macs was missing. Went right back and this time I went inside. I was accommodated with no questions asked because one of the gentleman (maybe a manager) recognized me from the drive through from earlier. My order was corrected and remade with no issues. The staff was very apologetic. I have been going here for years and this was the first time I’ve ever had to go back. I appreciated the great customer service from this location and the members of management that made it easy. This is still my favorite location.

Always great customer service. Drive thru moves pretty quickly. Breakfast is always great. Lunch is really good when fresh. Sometimes the food can be kinda cold but outside of that, no complaints. Overall enjoy coming here.

I'm guessing atmosphere means the way that McDonald's is built so that's why I gave it a four out of five next Food the burgers / fries / nuggets with nothing like what they are shown on the advertisements next is service the McDonald's that I usually go to has great service I don't know about yours I go to one in NC Charlotte but yeah that's my overall rating of 4 out of 5 stars

I have been coming here for about a month now! I come in the mornings. The gentlemen that take my order and the other one that accept payment are absolutely wonderful! They keep me coming back.

Always on point. The lines can be long at times, but they clear them in no time at this location. Staff is always nice. Haven't had a messed up order from here in 3+ years.

They did add ice on one drink I asked for no ice in. Still going solid.

Got the wrong order this morning. I attempted to call their number numerous times but no one answers, there is no voice mail message and no way to leave a message. Way to try and hide from your customers McDonalds, Now I have to drive back on m lunch hour just to make my complaint, and now since you made me drive back to complain I am going to be that much more of an asshole about the whole situation. And fast food places like this keep wondering why they loose marketshare. Maybe because your customers are tired of your bullshit.

Didn't know it was a cash only operation. This is the 2nd time this has happened in this location in the past month. I only had a debit card. Didn't ask me when I placed my order. Found out when pulled up to pay in the drive thru. Need better communication.

UPDATE: worst expierence this place ever which sucks bc I love mcdonalds.. sat & waited in line at window #2 over 10 minutes & nobody decided it would be a good idea to let me know my food was gonna be a minute. So I park and go in, they already knew what my order was before I even opened my mouth, letting know they're finishing it now.. they offered me a drink, I gladly accepted and waited for almost another 10 minutes. WITHOUT SHOES MIGHT I ADD. I finally snapped and asked for my money back. The manager was super nice and told me she'd probably want her money back too
