burger was cold. pretty sure my sandwich was made hours earlier. no way this place would pass a food inspection right now. super nasty. out of sauces no napkins. they are more occupied laughing and cutting up then doing their job. needs to be cleaned and needs a manager that cares. would not eat here again.

Just left from here after picking my son up from work. And I can say. This Wendy's is the worst. The fris was not cooked all the way. And the burgers was cold. The bread on the chicken sandwich was hard on the ends. And the chicken was dried out and cold like it been out over night..I spent 24$ on food I literally threw in the trash. ""So I went to the new Wendy's an exit up. And Got the same food. And everything was fresh. Plus, great customer service..""

Plenty times I've gone home and not have all items paid in the bag. Frankly this location has lost its will to really keep this place up in all aspects of the business. This place is disgustingly dirty that it hits you in the face when you walk in and the food its not what it used to be. I don't think I'm ever coming back to this Wendy’s! Please step it up, you can do better.

This is the worst Wendy’s in Charlotte. They have no regard for their customers. They take forever at the drive through. They literally will have you sitting there with out any type of I’ll be with you, give a minute or anything. Then they still mess up your order when they finally get with you. People leave the lane all the time. Clearly they need new management because it is craziness.

I don’t really hold a high standard for fast food chains, but this place specifically sets the bar at a whole new low level. I can vouch for the other 1 star reviews. This is the most incompetent Wendy’s. Just find something out of the dumpster at food lion next door. It’ll be better and worth taking the chance.

Definitely not worth it opening my breakfast sandwich to see this is how small the chicken is!! I know this is not a patty big enough to be served and that this should have been used for something else such as your salads. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND UNSATISFIED!

This is the worst Wendy’s location. I went to this location’s drive thru during breakfast hours, Not at the last minute or anything, wanted 2 chicken biscuits and they say breakfast is over.. I said it’s not 10:30, then she tries to whisper to the crew with her mic on and ask the cook how many do you have, then she tells me we only have 1. Get my food and it’s disgustingly old. I tried calling to complain but the phone just rings! I wasn’t given a receipt, greeted, or given an apology. Service is 0 out of 10..it’s a shame that I can’t order my favorite menu item bc the staff don’t want to cook. Food quality was trash, service was trash…I advise they tighten up with the population rising in the area.

Simple order said it twice still was wrong burger was room temp nuggets pretty much the same hot fries though and had to wait for those. Only giving 2 stars because there was a snafu at the end with an extra set of nuggets that I got for free

I can't believe that Wendy’s has failed to publicly adopt a comprehensive welfare policy in line with GAP standards for the chickens in its supply chain. With so many other large food companies like Sonic Drive-In, Burger King, Subway, Jack in the Box, and Boston Market publicly adopting these policies, it seems like Wendy’s should be able to do the same. I will not eat at Wendy’s until its executives make a public pledge to improve chicken welfare.

With so many other large food companies like Sonic Drive-In, Burger King, Subway, Jack in the Box, and Boston Market publicly adopting these policies, it seems like Wendy’s should be able to do the same. Why does Wendy's choose to profit from needless cruel treatment of animals? I will not eat at Wendy’s until its executives make a public pledge to improve chicken welfare.

Worst Wendy's in town. They don't seem to understand no cheese. I have watched employees come from their car straight to the food line to make food without washing hands. I have heard cursing from the employees. I have heard an employee yell back to just "scrape the cheese off because it's just a piece of cheese." Every time I go here, I go home and wonder why in the world I gave them another chance.

This location has been on a steady decline in the past 6 months. I just left my second visit there this weekend and both we spent 20-30 minutes waiting for ONE meal. Today a number 8 and yesterday a kids meal. Completely unacceptable. Looks like we will spend our time driving to another location.

I had a spicy chicken sandwich that had the throw away end pieces of lettuce on it. Cold fries and a back end person with a bad attitude. Really sad.
