Went for a Grubhub delivery pickup, the store was very clean. I love the outside pick up window. The employees are marvelous, a lot better than the previous employees. I was so impressed with the employees, that I went to the drive through and the young man that took my order was wonderful. He was so respectful, with the yes ma'am, thank you. I told him to tell his parents they did a wonderful job with him. Respect goes a long way. Charlotte check out the new Taco Bell on Freedom, you will be amazed.
Let's lead off this review with why I'm posting this location.
After spending over 2 1/2 hours taking care of paperwork, hunger was rearing its head. I made a quick spin into the Taco Bell at 3117 Freedom Drive. In the world of fast food, drive up etiquette has its challenges. I'm here to tell you that it would be a hefty challenge to find a better person to take care of you at the drive-through window. The receipt shows Jordyn C. I am really hopeful that the right person gets credit for the service they provided on 10/27 @ 9:53 AM.

The food... ok. First time trying the Breakfast Taco. It was ok, but it didn't work for me.
Well, Taco Bell, I tried again. I've learned my lesson. This store parks EVERY SINGLE CAR that goes through the drive-through. This time, the young lady (who you can tell HATES her job) that was handing out the orders snatched my receipt out of my hand, checked it, threw it into my car, handed me the bag, turned and walked away without a sound. Well, thank you for the attitude, young miss. I ordered a $5 Chalupa box. I got home and dumped out 2 beef chalupas, 1 chicken chalupa, and 2 of those red tacos I don't even know the name of. And 3 regular tacos and drink. So your store is actually putting out twice as much food than it should because your employees don't care.
I love my soft tacos and cinnamon delights also have delicious ice tea they always come up with new menus all the time come by sometimes and bring the whole family you will enjoy your visit 🇺🇸🆗👋💦👍💯
I haven’t ate Taco Bell in a while. This was my first time at this location & I went at 1:40 a.m right before they closed. The line was moving fast enough , the employee taking my order was nice & answered my questions. He gave me the best deal for what I ordered. I received plenty of sauce packets I asked for. I was really craving Taco Bell & this was a great visit! Thank you 😁 Might have to come back tomorrow for more lol . Oh and they have a 100 health score rating, never seen a score that high !!
The food was fresh and good service. I will visit again, they didnt disappoint. (ordered Beef Chalupa and Chicken)
Probably the best taco bell I ever had, I went around 1:15 am and service was amazing. This is my new favorite Taco Bell location. Thank you guys!
I have never been here late night, but I go here a lot for my lunch breaks at work and I am consistently impressed by the M-F, lunchtime crew. They are always upbeat, have a warm attitude and the food is always correct. I'm sure they have to deal with some frustrating people as well and always deliver kind and quick service. Hellz yeah
Usually you go to taco bell expecting them worst. Here they are polite, always get me out the door in 5 minutes or less, and they have a 99.9 sanitation score! The manager obviously does a great job. My go to late night spot as the mcdonald's and cookout down the street are terrible. 30+ minute drive thru wait and ratchet employees. At taco bell you get fast service with respect. Great job.
My favorite taco Bell and all around is a good place to have some lunch so I visit around once a month
