Great pizza on the original crust. The thin crust pizza was not good at all but the original crust was great. We got some Garlic/Parmesan chicken wings and that was the best wings I have had in quite some time. Definitely recommend.
Crystal was so good to us!! She went out of her way to help us fix an error we made. The pizza was great but the cinnamon bites were incredible!
I ordered my food to be delivered and door dash brought it to m not a papa John’s employee. That’s fine no complaints. Advised the driver that they forgot my soda they said to contact the store because they didn’t give it to him. The guy johnathan I think said a driver will be out to delivery to you. The driver showed up and delivered my soda. Idk about some of you all but for him that didn’t get paid for the delivery in the first place come back out and bring me my soda on a busy night? Respect in my eyes to them all. Shoot mistakes happen and they rectified it to the fullest. Shout out the papa John’s crew in pineville much appreciate it

This location is usually around three stars, at least the last few times we've ordered. Tonight, on the eve before Thanksgiving, they deserve 5. It was perfect. Have not had PJ's thar has been that perfect in a long time. Thank you, and thanks for working tonight!
My Husband and I ordered pizza yesterday from this location. We got the pizza and one of the pizzas was incorrect. My husband called the store and told them. The lady on the phone was immediately apologetic and told us she would send out the correct pizza. We got the correct pizza and more. Thank you so much for taking great care of us and coming all the way back out to our house.
Food was better than usual, Gentleman behind the counter did a truly spectacular job. He seems to really care about the customers as well as the company he works for!! I tried the spicy garlic sauce for the first time. Thought it was new but was informed its been available for over a year; who knew?! Well, it was amazing!!! I found my new favorite sauce!!!
I always order online, so I can't leave a review on their customer service. But the pizza is okay. Yes, they have been extremely late MANY times, sometimes taking close to 2 hours to deliver a pizza, BUT I have been sent "free pizza" coupons with an apology from them for their tardiness. So I won't even complain.
