I would highly recommend 50 Floors for all your flooring needs as they have excellent customized service beginning with Tony who came out to give me a very fair quote. The customer service dept is very responsive as I had a prior install blunder which David and Meredith worked to have corrected. Thanks again!
So first off, a lot of the negative reviews made me a bit nervous about the work I had scheduled with 50 Floor. But I have to report that we are very happy with the end result. We wanted to replace carpeting in an office and master bedroom. We had looked at many LVP options, but the 50 Floor sales rep convinced me that he could get the same hardwood as the rest of the house and it would definitely look better. We went with wider blanks than the original, but the old and new floors look fantastic together. I need to shout out to the installers too. Quality and thorough installation and clean up. Good job 50 Floor.
50 Floors arrived on time and Tony was a pleasure to work with as he showed us flooring samples we could choose from for our job. When the date of installation arrived, Nathan, the installer was professional and courteous. He showed us the actual flooring he would be using. We felt the flooring was a very good quality and price. We enjoy how the new flooring lights up the room, and provides us the professional look we were looking for. We will contact 50 Floors next time for our flooring needs, as we are very satisfied how the entire process went from start to finish.
We recently added new laminate floors & wood stairs to our home & 50 Floor knocked it out of the park. Doug was our salesperson & he was great! He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable & very professional. He listened to our wants & needs and delivered on all of them. The crew that was sent over were just as perfect as Doug. I chose 50 floors after a bad experience with another company that I ended up cancelling my order. I contacted 50 floors and was very satisfied with their service and carpet installation. Even though stairs was missed during installation, they came back with more carpet and finished the job after 2 weeks. I like the quality of the carpet and salesman Tony was knowledgeable helping me choosing the carpet and deciding to go with 50floors, i had other offers,but I chose 50floor. Installer was a one man army, he did a great job.
Pleased with my install from 50 Floor. They were quick and efficient; entire job was done in half a day. Kept me up-to-date frequently on install date, time, and materials. Not the cheapest, but worth the extra for the quality of work. Would recommend.
Prior owner of my home used 50 Floor to have laminate flooring installed throughout house except in hallway. I had 50 Floor come out and match up the flooring as close as possible since style used was no longer available. The process with salesperson through install was very smooth and installer did a nice job with installing the flooring. I would consider 50 Floor again for future flooring needs.
I recently bought carpet from Steve at 50 Floor and I am so incredibly excited that I did! Steve was great - very helpful, super informative and didn't pressure me at all. It was a great learning experience. The transparency at every stage was perfect - I loved the updates I got. And then Isreal installed the carpet and was also amazing. He not only did a great job but he kept everything neat and clean as he went, put the furniture back in place and brought a great positive attitude into my house that day. Easy and fast process to schedule appt on line. Sales Rep, David showed up on time. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of products and respected our decision while providing feedback. Even the young lady that called to setup installation appt was very polite and professional. Installation manager was courteous and polite, installation crew was the best. Eduardo and his team done an amazing job. Cannot say enough about them. They showed up at the beginning of the window time ready to work! Afterwards, help put back big furniture and cleaned up debris. We love our new waterproof laminate floors! Thank you 50 Floor for providing excellent service from the beginning to the end! No complaints at all
