Located in a clean well lit area. I originally wanted a restaurant that was in the same shopping center but quickly decided against it when I noticed that the parking lot was full. I hadn't had pizza and probably about a year and I decided why not. It just goes to show what all I've missed because now they offer pizza bowls! I've had pizza bowls before and they were never really that satisfying because it was mostly sauce. Papa John's on the other hand, did not disappoint. I also tried the twix bites that they offer. I swear I don't know how else to say this but only somebody who is under the influence came up with that because it is absolutely delicious. 🤣🤤 You have to eat those really quick though because they will get hard the next day. The people that work there were all very nice and attentive.
I see all the 1 star reviews and complaints and was hesitant...but I've done a delivery and carry out twice now and everything was fine, food was correct and good sooo.... 🤷🏼♂️ I gave it 4 stars... just because its a bit pricey... although they have good specials too.
Ordered pizza two times this month. They were perfect and scrumptious.
This location is in my neighborhood so I visit it quite often and every time I order take out it’s a young lady with the blond hair that is at the register and she is ALWAYS pleasant! She greets you when you come in and helps you right away with your order. She is def a great asset to this store!
This location has improved within the past 11 months. My last couple orders came really fast and werent missing anything. My pizza today was made perfectly. Thank you to whoever took over!
Like many businesses these days this location seems to have experienced it's fair share of employee turnover. We've experienced this at my place of business as well. This typically will result in less than stellar service as employees gain experience. That being said, overall I've found this Papa John's location to be generally busy, yet still deliver great and friendly service. We order Pizza at least once week and our orders are always ready on time and correct with maybe one exception. In that instance I was offered a free drink or cookie pizza to compensate and I found that to be more than satisfactory.
I'd rate this location a 4.8. Since that's not an option 5 stars it is!
Daniel provided me with OUTSTANDING Customer Service regarding a order mix-up with Excellent attention to detail and Resolving the issue at hand with expertise. Great Customer service has become extinct, so its refreshing to see it still being used in rare cases. A+++
I don't usually leave reviews but the terrible reviews almost kept us from ordering and we took a chance anyway. Not only did they arrive much earlier than expected, less than an hour, it was fresh, hot and cooked perfectly. Thanks!
Pros: Delivery is pretty good, they've never gotten my order wrong as long as they've been around, and they're overall pretty good quality for chain pizza.
Cons: Hepatitis incident a few years ago was very unprofessional, and they usually take until just over the estimated completion time to make their pizza, even at low demand hours.
4/5, good place, very good location for people in Bradfield Farms/Steeplechase/Silverton area where restaurants are a bit of a drive. I'll be ordering from there again.
This location seems to be like all of the other locations. Papa John's in and of itself offers good pizza but is definitely overpriced. There's so many better local options that offer much better value and flavor. Unless you are just in the mood for their garlic sauce save your money.
