The food is excellent and very reasonably priced but the service isn't exactly the best. I understand that it was a busy night, but we were made to wait when there were empty tables in plain sight. Our waitress, whom we've had for more than one visit, just seemed to want to get customers in and out - not very personable. She became very impatient when taking our order. However, we've never been disappointed by the food - very tasty.

We go here once a week. We love the food that is tasty and prepared impeccably. I particularly like the scallops, which are fresh and delicious. The veggies are a pleasant al-dente. We take guests here as well and they are impressed also. Highly recommend!!

Accidentally stumbled upon Tsuki Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar while on the way to another Sushi spot in town. We were seated quickly and provided with a large menu with a lot of great dinner options. In the room next to us, there was a hibachi dinner show going on. The food came out fast and was really fresh. I would love to try more on their menu. The price point was exceptional for sushi. I will be back!

I love the sashimi appetizers they have, every appetizer was so good, the sauce was perfect match! Plus very fresh, also the hibachi was very good! My friend all enjoyed! Love, love, love the sashimi!

What makes a good dining experience is not just the food, but other factors with the most important one being service. So let me start by saying that Michelle our waitress was so sweet and attentive and truly made our dinner into a great experience.
This is my first time here and definitely won't be our last. By far the best Hibachi restaurant in Charlotte with a great selection of delicious sushi and other dishes. The food is phenomenal. The sushi was fresh and refreshing. The Hibachi was cooked to perfection and none of those weird sweet carrots that seem to be prevelant in this are of the country.
Tsuki proved to us that there is hope for a great Japanese restaurant in the Charlotte area. We will be back 😊.

Been here lots of times. Always love the food. Sushi, Chinese food, and the Japanese food. Great place for a group of friends to enjoy each others company and the food. Service here is always outstanding. They are always smiling and greet me by name when I come in. Highly recommend this place as a stop!

Never been here before and passing through - so probably not again. Found the menu difficult to understand, but that could be because we don't frequent Japanese restaurants. Pleasantly surprised by the good food.

They did take a little while to get a cook, so we were really hungry. But the cook who came ( i didn’t ask for his name) was so good! wow I’ve never seen someone with such passion! he made my day! He did everything carefully and cautions and made the food taste so much more better! I don’t know his name but he was such a gentleman even tho the other workers were rushing him to hurry, but for sure will be back for him!

First time here everything was so good! Crab rangoons were tasty, service was quick and accommodating. We got a few small rolls and a Cherry Blossom roll and a Fantasy roll. Every component was perfect, the rice was deliciously seasoned, the shrimp was crispy and hot, the spicy tuna all together was so yummy! 10/10 for a sushi experience.

Sushi is very good. Price is very good I did the 2 roll combo and added the side salad. I would of just been fine without the salad and just did the rolls and soup!

Great food and service everytime! The food portions are generous. Highly recommend this Ballantyne gem. A bonus would be to offer brown rice maki rolls ;) the angel hair noodles, maki rolls, pad Thai are excellent! Look forward to trying other dishes.

The food is fresh and good. The portions are a good size. I had leftovers for two days. The staff is extremely friendly. The hibachi chef is awesome. They have good service.
