Customer service was great, there was a line though. But it goes by pretty quick! Flavors were so good! I got the peanut butter with chocolate flecks and the Texas sheet cake… AMAZING! The place was super cute as well!

Love going here everytime I’m in Charlotte. I always get the waffle bowl because they make their own fresh everyday and it’s so delicious. My favorite flavors are the Marionberry Crisp, Brown Sugar Almond Brittle and Goey Butter Cake but honestly everything is good. They always have a good selection of flavors. The staff are nice and friendly as well. Highly recommend.
Flavors or not your typical run of the mill, but they are delish. U can sample whatever u want before committing to anything. Also pro tip….if you go on your bday and show your id, you get a free scoop which is what I did. I got the brown butter almond brittle and man was it delish! Highly recommend! Staff was sweet and very knowledgeable telling you what was in each ice that you wanted to try. I’m sure I will be wearing them out when summer comes lol
I came across this place via Google search and we walked over To check it out. We were greeted with a line out the door. We made friendly with the patrons ahead of in the queue, they assured us it was worth the wait. So we waited. About half an hour had passed before we made it to the counter. Plenty of time to check out the menu and serving sizes. And boy were they right, it was an amazing ice cream! They have such a Devine combination of sugar-egg- milk and you can taste a bit of salt (my favorite ) Definitely try the brambleberry.

Good ice cream (Got the bramble berry) but a little bit expensive. The tip mechanism did however flip its orientation, swapping the no-tip option with the 80% tip option. You can see the receipt in the pictures I attached. Thank you for listening
I’m not sure if the rest of their locations are this good, but Jeni’s in Noda was great. Get the brambleberry crisp; The flavor is somehow foreign, yet familiar at the same time, it’s actually kinda cool. The sugar cone, it’s delicious beyond words.
Cashiers are very friendly and give great suggestions based on your favorite ice cream. So many options I saw over 30 flavors. The parlor is clean and inviting. Allowed us to sample before making our choice. A great addition to noda.
So cute! Nice after dinner treat. Very unique flavors and the best part, they don't offer plastic spoons with your free tastes!! Love it! Their staff is so friendly and experts in their field, letting you know exactly what to expect with each flavor try out. The decor is adorable and artsy, great fit for the location.
