To the staff today that heard my story of discrimination from the McDonald's establishment st waverly location and gave me my food with the most kindness I have received in a while I want to say thank you. I WORK 3 jobs and went to McDonald's at waverly and was denied a refund and service but your location restored me as a Human being and even with me wanting to pay for my food you cared enough to hear me and you were so kind. THANK YOU🥺 please give the staff that worked tonight 6.15 pm a raise and City of Charlotte needs to make this staff tonight 11/10/23 6pm heroes thank you

I went to this location last night and although the kitchen was backed up, the woman at the speaker/drive through was very courteous and professional. Our food came out hot and was made well. 10/10 staffing on Friday night. The Carolina gold chicken sandwich was very good and crunchy.

I’m generally not a customer that take the time to write reviews. I typically give compliments real time to the manager of the employee but this guy named Jordan that worked this particular night definitely went above and beyond: thank you for taking care of my order although I requested it fresh with no butter he verified what I wanted and made it happen, unlike my previous request I’n previous visit ls Thanks Jordan

First time trying Bojangles and Takeidra was the nicest drive thru employee we have ever met. She was so kind and patient with us asking questions about the menu. It’s rare you get that level of customer service anymore.

Got home and they forgot my bo rounds. I also didn't order a combo, so the order was specific. It was only one order for one person with three items. It's not the first time this had happened so that's the reason for 4 stars for service. It's my fault for not checking my order before I left the parking lot.

Bojangles is ALWAYS awesome!!! I wish they would go back to allowing patrons the opportunity to do surveys for free sausage biscuits, tho!!

Everything is fine. It’s a fine establishment but I asked the person at the drive thru window if there was sauce in the family meal box I ordered. She told me yes and when I traveled back 27 minutes I checked and there was no sauce. Kind of upset but then again it’s just sauce but she could’ve at least said I think so can you check?? You know?
