To the staff today that heard my story of discrimination from the McDonald's establishment st waverly location and gave me my food with the most kindness I have received in a while I want to say thank you. I WORK 3 jobs and went to McDonald's at waverly and was denied a refund and service but your location restored me as a Human being and even with me wanting to pay for my food you cared enough to hear me and you were so kind. I went to this location last night and although the kitchen was backed up, the woman at the speaker/drive through was very courteous and professional. Our food came out hot and was made well. 10/10 staffing on Friday night.
The Carolina gold chicken sandwich was very good and crunchy.

Bojangles is ALWAYS awesome!!! I wish they would go back to allowing patrons the opportunity to do surveys for free sausage biscuits, tho!!

Got home and they forgot my bo rounds. I also didn't order a combo, so the order was specific. It was only one order for one person with three items. It's not the first time this had happened so that's the reason for 4 stars for service. It's my fault for not checking my order before I left the parking lot.

Everything is fine. It’s a fine establishment but I asked the person at the drive thru window if there was sauce in the family meal box I ordered. She told me yes and when I traveled back 27 minutes I checked and there was no sauce. Kind of upset but then again it’s just sauce but she could’ve at least said I think so can you check?? You know?
