This Burger King just opened after its renovation. Ot looks great! Its clean, open, lots of space, the new furniture looks great. I really like. They have cheesy tots and tacos. They have breakfast, the french toast sticks are my favorite. You should visit them the drive through is fast and everyone is always pleasant. Thanks for another great visit.
Extremely busy and Very short handed ! The few that showed up for work were Amazing ! I was concerned about young lady dragging and then climbing on chair to fill up ice.
Manager seemed to have trouble getting food in bags and out to customers & was complaining loud enough for us to hear and we did not want to hear, we wanted to see action.
She disappeared and the cashier and drive thru cashier teamed up they knocked it out in 10min.We were all impressed with their team work !
Great choice for a quick bite to eat in South Charlotte late at night only disappointment was they were out of Diet Coke
Excellent service, cashier and packer worked together to get my son his food. Everyone was polite and as I ordered they gave me suggestions. My food was hot and fresh. My croissant was soft.
I just ate here. Like just finished most of my onion rings, still sitting in my car at the burger king type of deal. I will say that even though I could've been greeted better.. like with a actual greeting (hey how are you? Or welcome to Burger King), the food was good. The burger wasn't right off the grill hot, but it was warm with fresh veggies. I had to pull up in the handicap section to wait on my onion rings...and they were hot. I havent had burger king in a very long time, so I am very glad I had a very good experience here. I enjoyed my food.
This is a busy location for Burger King on a busy intersection. What was intriguing to me today was three things here. The time it took to place my order, pay, and receive the order was less than 30 seconds 😵...that is lights out tops compared to the growing trend of slacking or slow customer service in fast food 2022 circa. Second, I was a dine in customer. While having a working lunch, I was genuinely impressed listening to the co-workers talk amongst each other on how they plan on improving their processes at their job. They also took the trash out no less than 3 times within the 35 minutes I was there. This Burger King may look a little worn down on the outside, but the staff is running on a different level on the inside. Thumbs up BK, this location is strong 👍
