Order was burnt. I always get the mini dogs whenever I pass by Auntie Anne’s and when done right it’s a plus. One worker was here today and was very rude. The workers are usually that way but quality is always better.

If I was could put ZERO STARS I WOULD service was SO BAD I asked for original pretzel they didn't even ring them up I ordered some cinnamon sugar nuggets they literally put like a whole cup of sugar it was too sweet for my liking😡😒😒 AND THE WAIT YIKE WAS AN HOUR

Not sure why the stars are mostly low. I received great service no wait time and I was highly satisfied with the pretzel and milk shake I received. Everyone has nice and made me feel welcome. I come here Everytime I go to the mall.

Will never come back - ordered online pickup for 11:30 .... We get there at 11:30 and are told the dough isn't even ready. They said it would be 30 minutes ... 45 minutes later and an hour and 15 minutes after their opening time they still weren't even ready to bake the pretzel

Would give zero stars if it was an option @ North Lake mall location. The black cashier with red/orange braids was so rude, when I confronted her in a nice way of their hard cinnamon pretzel nuggets she had a real bad attitude. This is not good for Auntie's business. I will not returning and I will spread the word to avoid this location. Customer service is definitely not a focus.

Went there there were 5 employees, I ask for 1 salt pretzel and they said we need to make them??? Huh how can you have no pretzels made? On a Sunday at 1pm? I've been to Auntie Annie's in at least 5 states and I usually see just 2 employees and never have I had a not in stock issue. Whomever is running that need to be fired , if your a pretzel place how can you not have pretzels on the weekend?

Pretzels were old and burnt. I haven't had Auntie Anne's In a couple years and was excited. Unfortunate I was let down. We couldn't even chew the pretzels. I need a refund. Please contact me.
