Stopped in to get a quick breakfast, Dining area was clean and got the food quickly the employees seemed to be nice as well. Only negitive is the coffee tastes like water. I usually go to Starbucks but the one on Tyvola was robbed last night so went here instead.
On my way to work around 6:40-7 AM, I’ll stop here and get breakfast since the line is always so short and I can be in and out in minutes. The girl with glasses is always very courteous when handing you your items.
Only been to this location a few times and each time the customer service is great and the food is fresh. It's refreshing to receive good service when you're spending your money.

He ordered 2 quarter pounder deluxe (with cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion) and a chicken nugget happy meal. I want to commend the cook because that was the best burger I have ever eate

I came here because the location near me closes at 11. I went through the drive through and received excellent customer service along with exactly what I ordered (pretty quickly as well!) I’d go as far as to say it’s better than the location close to me. Keep up the good work! :)

One of the best McDonald's in the Charlotte area. The service is impeccable. It reminds me of the service I would get normally at a Chick-fil-A. If I am in the mood for fastfood, I will go out of my way to come here rather than other locations in the area, unfortunately.
My order was correct. Food was hot. The staff didn't look too rough. Meaning no one particularly looked fried. Staff seemed to be working effectively as a unit. I trusted the food with minimal concerns. Wait time was not pong at all. I was Satisfied completely.
They brought the food to your table. There were no soda refill areas.
