I have been ordering from this location ever sense moving to Charlotte last year. The night staff has always been very nice and order accuracy has been very good. Sometimes there is a large line of people but they process each car fairly quickly.
I like Taco Bell. Every time I go the window service is good and they always let me take my time don’t rush me at the speaker when I order my food. The food is great I love there Chalupas
Hate self checkouts as I don't get paid to help myself! Worker was walking around ignoring me and talking on the phone. The food was fresh and good though. But the hole time I was in there it felt like I was alone as I was ignored other then my food being set on the counter saying here you go

Overall the best Taco Bell I go to in Charlotte. Consistently good and when mistakes happen (we’re all human) the managers are great about resolving.
The loaded Nacho Fries 🌮🍟are SPICY!!! The actual nacho fries are spicy not just the toppings. The burrito 🌯 that match with the loaded Nacho Fries was bland and definitely not worth it. The Fries win this battle!
Good food for the price , I love their breakfast, especially the bacon CrunchWrap , have to get my coffee elsewhere unfortunately with no half and half available, just a sugary coffeemate creamer, drove 10 minutes farther to this location instead of Rivergate hoping for better management and I was pleasantly surprised, staff was friendly, and manager brought me food and was very friendly, correct sauce was given which was great, food tasted fresh and it was worth the drive, only suggestions I have is to clean parking lot daily and have employees wear masks over their noses, great staff and service and food , thank you!!
4/29/23 ordered drive thru late night. The service and food were very good. I was pleasantly surprised
This Taco Bell is the best. Every time I order, they never miss anything. My order is always right and the staff is always so friendly. The food is also better quality than any other Taco Bell location I’ve been to. The tacos stay crunchy, they never get soggy. The lettuce is crisper. Go to this location if you need a pick-me-up.
Surprisingly fast service and the food was good! Usually avoid this Taco Bell due to long wait times..
I wanted nachos but didn't feel like waiting at the Mexican restaurant. The guy taking my order was very polite. He looked like a teenager. The food was your typical taco bell flavor.
