This was my first time eating at Hardee's, and I went looking for the Beyond Burger. The customer service was great, the fries were great, my kids loved the chicken tenders, and their beyond burger was a WORK OF ART!!! Look at this beautiful burger. The soft pretzel bun, the perfect amount of toppings placed ON the burger and not thrown AT it. If they continue to carry the beyond burger, we'll definitely be back.
As soon as I started ordering, the young lady at the window let me know that she couldn’t hear me because of a nearby truck. To me, that meant that she was trying to listen. When I was done ordering and pulled around to pay, she made sure that she heard my drink and food order correctly. The food was made really well and the fries were fresh. Overall, a good experience.
At this moment in time they are letting people come in the lobby but I'm not really going to chance anything so I just went through the drive-thru. The burgers here are very greasy and they just straight-up taste unhealthy Hardee's has definitely went down on the quality when it comes to their burgers but their fries however are actually pretty good. I will say though they have the absolute best chicken out of anywhere in town, I got a 10-piece chicken tenders to split with my daughter and she's only two years old so she's really picky she couldn't stop eating them so if you're looking for a place to get good chicken this is definitely it.
Always great burgers here. They take burgers seriously. Tastes better than most any other fast food burger. This location never seems to be busy either. The chicken tenders are absolutely amazing! I like that they take extra time because they are always so fresh hot and tender. The fries are just MEH. I suggest the onion rings instead.
Great friendly service, order was correct, they use a lil more seasoning on the A1 burger and it sets the burger off! Yes, it might have been a lil wait but the food was fresh so it was worth it to me.

Went through drive thru at 1:30pm and when I tell you EVERYTHING was perfect even the customer service. Very rare in CHLT NC keep up the great job guys 👍🏽❤️👍🏽
Got the Impossible Thick Burger combo for the 6th time. Loved it. This time I asked for no mayonnaise which made it easier to eat 'on the go'. Before it was way to much mayonnaise which made the burger 'sloppy'. Have to say that Hardees pricing is on up there, but so is everyone else. Paid $9.83 for the combo. However, I'd recommend.
We stop at this location a lot whe. Staying in town for work ( usually late nite) we always have a positive experience, our orders are always correct and any of the staff we interact with are always polite, we have come in the morning and had just as good an experience!
