Kfc

I normally have pretty good service at this location but tonight I am really disappointed. after a long drive my family wanted some KFC before going home. We ordered $20 fill up original. the server said it was going to take 20min. That was not a problem for us and told her we would wait. The food came out 7 min later. needless to say it was original and crispy mixed.... No one in my family eats or likes crispy KFC. I've been trying to call them, but no answer. I can't find a corporate number to call. Flag on the play!!!!! I must apologize to the store manager and staff for my review... I called today and spoke with the manager who graciously told me to come in and she would replace my order. when I got to the store and asked for the manager. The lady didn't know what i was talking about. needless to say was at the right store but wrong store for the kind manager...
