We have a peanut allergy that they always cater to and are helpful with. If youre gonna do take out, please come here!! My family and I have been loyal customers for over 15 years. The food has always been good price, great portions, and amazing service. They treat you like family. We moved to florida before covid but everytime we come to visit they remember us. This time they even gave us a christmas gift when we returned back, amazing people and amazing food🥹

The food here is very good. Quality ingredients, delivered piping hot and good customer service. This is my go to in the area for Chinese food. Standouts are Hunan Triple Crown, Mongolian Beef and the best spring rolls.

Food is good. I changed my reviews to 5 stars because they made a huge improvement on the customer service. They have been consistently kind on the phone and in person for the last few months. Also the order is always right. They never mess up your order, always include everything, utensils and sauces.

First time there today, and I ordered the chef's specialty, wings. The wings and egg rolls were great, specialty was good too. The atmosphere wasn't good because the dining area is not open currently. Overall, good experience. I will go again

Everything I’ve ever gotten from here has been delicious. Having been to many “ Americanized” Chinese restaurants. 🙄-seriously, people on here expect gourmet/upscale meals from casual restaurants. Gimme a break.
You know the saying you get what you pay for? In this case the prices should be so much more. Having been to lots of Chinese restaurants in the Charlotte and surrounding area, this restaurant is the best. I equate it to Chinese restaurants in NYC. That’s a huge compliment bc if you know you know. The food is always flavorful and tastes fresh. They also always have given generous portions. When we order we know we will have enough for leftovers the next day.
I have NEVER experienced any issues as far as customer service is concerned. I also have only been coming here since it became a take-out only restaurant. The people behind the counter have always been pleasant to me. Energies are real. You give what you get.
I definitely recommend this place.

Originally from Western New York and have some great Chinese food there. I don't like getting Chinese away from my hometown because I'm always disappointed. Not here! Everything we ordered was so flavorful and delicious. Ordered multiple times and it's consistently 5 stars! So happy we found this gem close to our new home. Favorite dishes so far are the Mongolian Chicken and the pan seared pot stickers, amazing! This place should definitely have a higher rating. A must try for sure!

Tried this place for the first time last night. My Kung Pao chicken was delightfully spicy and included fresh broccoli. I have enough left for dinner tonight. My daughter really liked her Mongolian Beef, and we both enjoyed our egg rolls. Delivery was minutes earlier than the 30-45 min time slot they estimated, and food was fresh and hot. The downside was the level of salt and presumably MSG - we both have headaches.

This is a very nice family owned, local business. With all the changes we have all experienced, Hunan Park has adapted and maintained fine quality food. I highly recommend that we all continue to support our local small businesses and show them that we appreciate them. We, as a family, have frequent this restaurant for many years and have always been served fine food. I highly recommend them.
