I frequent this McDonald's regularly & great starting with the order service to getting your order has come near to perfection. Food is hot, fresh, needed condiments I have requested in your bag. The workers are friendly & pleasant.

Now u usually don't eat fast food but this McDonald's was the best one I've ever been to. The food was hot the employees were friendly and it was spotless in side. There's alot of places to eat on Sardis rd. But this McDonald's was the best one I've ever been too

Went there today. Long line at the drive through. I pull up and instead of a person waiting to take my order, I was instead greeted with an employee just going , "we short staffed , I ain't taking any orders right now..."... I get it, but having her repeat it 4 times maybe not . I also get you're short staffed, but there are better ways to handle that, or at least I imagine they're is... Yikes!!

Went today and this was the WORST experience EVER! Staff was rude and rushing us to order. Then after asking if there was anything else we wanted she instantly told us the total. Then had to run my card twice because she didn't understand it was all one order. Staff was horrible. They were also out of large cups and could only do mediums. When asked if we could still do a large fry she said " that defeats the purpose of only doing mediums." Food was also cold! This was awful and either needs all new staff or new management because management was just as bad.

Just like pretty much all other McDonald's locations this one also was full of unhappy employees almost at a miserable state leaving them incapable of smiling working efficiently or even giving a s***. I don't think McDonald's will ever be what it used to be. Yes we have gone through a pandemic and it is hard to find good workers. It is always disappointing to go to McDonald's now. There seems to be no point in asking for the manager when the manager is the one taking the orders and treating people right there just genuinely not happy to see them there to eat at McDonald's. I would also like to add that it seems like all of the machinery that McDonald's uses for their tasty treats are always broken which really defeats the purpose I was loading the family up and the car and going to McDonald's at all. I feel helpless once I've made my order and handed them money. It seems like to find a good McDonald's worker is like finding lite in complete darkness, like waiting for a miracle to happen. Do yourself a favor and just cook your food at home.

Im very hesitant about pulling forward and waiting for my food because 90% of those experiences cause me to come back due to a mistake they've made. very inconvenient. This time I received Unsalted fries, paid for extra sauce that I did not receive, long line of cars behind me got their food and were on their way quick. I came back for new Fries. The lady said "give me your bag" but really meant to ask for the fries back. Either way, very rude and I know you're not supposed to ask for food back through the window especially with covid. Yuck. She rushed to get them out of my hand that she dropped a container on the ground and got upset. Not even sure if she threw them away or just put them back in the fryer. Anyway, the hispanic manager, or whoever she was , rushed me to pull forward AGAIN and away from the window bc I was running her drive thru time. I had my 6 year old with me and he just watched as I struggled to get what we needed. At the end of the day, I was treated with disrespect, STILL GOT UNSALTED FRIES, and they dumped tarter sauce in a nugget container instead of giving me the sauce packets... finally sat down to eat this junk 1 hour after ordering. Cold food and sad service. Jerks.

As soon as we pulled up, the person on the speaker was extremely rude and yelling at us to order while we were deciding what to get. We start ordering and she interrupts us twice, once sayong what do you want while were starting to order and then says hold on a minute. stopped us in the middle of our order to tell us that they werent going to finish taking it because the “manager said to not take any more orders” and told us to go to the mcdonalds up the street. there were only two cars waiting in the line. extremely rude.
