Dunkin Donuts Mint-Hill is small shop compared to other big Dunkin Donuts in other cities, but it is very cozy and the attention of the staff to details is good. The are always busy, but very professional. I also love the decorations according to the season. Great job!!!

I don’t ever leave reviews, but after coming to this location twice I have too. This location has stepped up their game!! I got 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees, iced & hot. Everything turned out amazing! I usually go to a specific location further away because they make the coffee good, but after coming to this location this is my new go to. Came back again today around 1p got the same thing and food and coffee was on point!! They even threw napkins in the bag which was a plus. Whatever you guys are doing keep doing it! You guys are great!

Bacon, egg, & xheese croissants were alright, but not as good as usual. Service was adequate, but not exceptional. It wasn't bad, just not the quality I usually get from Dunkin.

There's a young girl who works there and most of the time when I go inside and get a coffee she serves me, and she couldn't be any sweeter! She's probably around my age, 18-19, and she always serves me and my friends with such hospitality and always compliments me in some way! It really boosts my confidence while getting my favorite frozen coffee as well. Keep up the good work Dunkin!

Dunkin' Donuts Mint Hill is not my favorite location. The bagels and donuts are always stale and I know from talking to employees they get shipped in a few times a week $8 for stale old donuts not great. Now the drinks are a different story when the employees (who seem to be young and not trained well) do my drink right they are really good my favorite is the iced coffee with hazelnut. I think this location needs some strong training and work on the freshness and it would really boom as it is the only place like it in Mint Hill!
