Their breakfast options are refreshingly unique, and the cozy boho interiors provide a comfortable and inviting setting. The coffee served here is simply fantastic, and the attentive staff make your visit even more enjoyable. If you're searching for a cafe that combines creativity, ambiance, and great coffee, this is the place to be. It’s also great place for a coffee date.

I love this coffee spot. It’s cozy and food is great. I’m not a coffee person so I always go for the coconut matcha latter and it’s amazing! They also have a salmon muffin which you can replace the muffin for an everything bagel and it’s delicious. During the weekends it can get pretty busy and there aren’t many tables available.

The Roots Bowl was amazing. I decided to not add any meat to the bowl, it was so filling I didn’t miss it. The flavors were fresh and the roasted carrots and seeet potatoes we delicious. The chairs could be more comfy but they work for a brief sit down meal.

A wonderful place to get coffee and a little treat. I really enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. The food is good and the coffee is amazing. It Is an actual full service cafe, the servers to come up and check to see if you need anything. The girls working here are amazing and definitely make it a better experience.

Very nice neighborhood cafe. 1. The coffee is reasonably priced and taste great. My wife ordered a latte and enjoyed it so much she grabbed another to take home. 2. The breakfast sandwiches taste great but are a little overpriced. We ordered turkey sausage, egg, and cheese croissant and it was $9.50 each. Had we had bacon (we don't eat pork) our sandwiches would have been $5.65. The avocado toast was pretty good however it was soggy and may have had a bit too much butter. It wasn't bad, but yet again. It was $10. All in all we paid about $47 for 2 croissant sandwiches, avocado toast, an orange juice, and 2 coffees. When visiting here you are obviously paying for the location. Our order probably should. Have been $30 tops. 3. The service was really good. They take your order when you arrive and you seat yourself. However, a waitress will bring out your food and drinks and check in on you occasionally. Our waitress was friendly and did a good job of making sure we were happy. 4. The dining area is cozy with a few high top tables. There are live plants and overall really relaxed vibe. The downfall is the space can fill up very quickly. If 5 or 6 orders come in back to back the place will fill up very quickly. When we visited it was rainy but they do have quite a bit of outdoor seating. They also provide free WiFi. 4. The parking is horrible! Street parking seems to be the best option. There is a parking deck across the street but I'm not sure if that deck is public parking.

Great lunch spot with amazingly fast service! I’ve gotten the Roots Bowl and the Veggie Burger Bowl and would highly recommend them (although they are more salads than “bowls”). My sister got the Seared Salmon salad and said it was delicious. The outdoor eating area is delightful, but it fills up fast during busy times.

Great breakfast/lunch/brunch spot. Food was amazing and reasonably priced. I recommend the Fresh Start wrap and the grits. (FYI the grits are actually cheese grits, which isn’t listed on the menu.) Coffee beans are locally sourced from Enderly & they did a great job with their brew. Service was a little odd: you have to see the counter before taking a table, but then you return to the counter to order. Drinks and food came out quick though! Atmosphere was cozy & clean, but the seats were small and not the most comfortable. Overall great experience and will return!

Amazingly delicious - it’s a must! Super fresh and lots of options - was hard to choose. Our daughter had been here before and recommended it. We shared the special, berry stuffed french toast and celebrated Father’s Day with mimosas - delicious! I had the avocado toast, hubby had the BLT, kids had the bowls - everyone was super happy with their selection! Very fresh and delectable! Most def will be back when visiting Charlotte!

The atmosphere here is wonderful! My food was prepared promptly and the servers were very friendly. You order at the front counter, get assigned a number then sit waiting for your meal to be brought to you. Perfect spot for a light brunch and casual conversation.

Wife and I love this place. We always get the breakfast burrito and avocado toast and it's so good. I usually get a hot latte too and it's probably one of the best latte's I've had. Staff is always very nice as well.
