Review Papa Johns Pizza - Charlotte

I was recently given the wrong order, but after calling the restaurant the manager apologized and had the correct order made and delivered quickly. I was surprised to also see that they had given me a refund. It was a simple mistake so no harm done. Edit: I ordered 2 medium pizzas in my most recent order and was given 2 small pizzas. I measured them and they were 10 inches instead of 12 and even the boxes were smaller.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EEEVVEEERRR!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!! Ordered pizza at 9:12….. held on hold from 10:48 until 11:27 just for the guy to pick up and tell me that they can’t remake anything else tonight cause the driver claims he dropped the pizza off with some random guy in the parking lot who knew the room number. The most bogus story I’ve heard yet! And the guy was ssuuppeerrr rude! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to them, not even for a soda! DO NOT ORDER! Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering cause they got me 38 hot! Can’t wait to call and escalate this issue in the morning! This store is ridiculous!!!!!! Just tear the whole building down cause they shouldn’t even be in business by this time!!!

Last night I ordered a pizza, and somebody stole it. They gave it out to the wrong person. I called and was on hold for 10 minutes, and the manager was talking down to me like I was trying to scam them for a free pizza. He told me"I find that hard to believe, but ok, I'll refund it. I do not appreciate the victim blaming, and it's not my fault you gave it to the wrong person. I find it hard to believe that man is still in management if he treats customers that way. I certainly will not be ordering pizza there anymore.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I ordered and was told 55-65 minutes. After an hour, I called and they said it would be another hour via their phone recordings. I called to order a new pizza but no one would pick up. 35 minutes we drove to the store and they wouldn't open the doors. Its still 2 hours later and we can't get service.

My order was wrong the first day I got it but the second day the manager took the time to credit my whole meal an it was done on time an accurately the second go round. Awesome service a little slow but that's expected being the side of town it was on. I will return ❤️

I wouldn’t leave any stars if possible. I’ve never had an experience like this. I placed an order online last night around 9:30 for pick up and paid online. Online, it said that the pizza was ready for pick up around 9:48. I arrived at the location a few minutes after. I waited 5 minutes on the window for a person to come. Once a lady came, she said that the pizza was not yet ready and closed the window. She came back to the window and said that the pizza would be ready in 2 minutes. After the minutes passed, she came back and said that they forgot to put the pizza in the oven so I needed to wait another 10 minutes. 10 minutes passed and no one came to the window. I waited a few more minutes and because I saw people coming in and out from the front, I tried to go there to get an update. Once I got to the door, they signaled to go back to the window. I waited a few more minutes, and someone came and gave me my order. No apologies were offered. As I was closing the window of my car, I heard that the lady said “bitch” and closed her window... I checked my order and it was the wrong pizza. I went back to the window and someone else came, the person who cooked the pizza, and instead of trying to fix the issue, he argued that it was the correct pizza and I was wrong. In the end, the lady gave him the ticket and they saw that they gave me the wrong pizza. They closed the window and then came back and asked “what do you want, another pizza, or your money back”... still no apologies. I just asked for my money back. I left. At around 11:13, I received a call, I’m guessing from the lady, and she first apologized that she called me a “bitch” and said that the pizza was ready. I said “ok, have a good night” and hung up.

Came in to order two XL pizza (one Tucson, one pep, mushroom, and sausage) lady working the cash register saved me quite a bit of money by telling me to order the same pizza as larges and upgrade to xl for $2 more save me $10. Pizza was great, and I was in and out in less than 10min

0 stars. I ordered a pizza just for it to arrive barely warm and to have stuffed crust which I did not order. When they sent out the second pizza it was once again barely warm and did not include the peppers, garlic sauce, or special seasoning packets I ordered. Here’s the kicker the store is less than a mile away, smh never again.
