Cold fries in the biggest bundle like they just threw it in the fryer not trying to break them up. My burger was burnt and cold yet cheese unmelted. My mini churros tasted like they’ve been sitting all day they were hard to bite into. I will give it to the one guy in the window @ night he was the most respectful person I’ve seen in this drive thru ever. This jack in the box went down fast they used to be so good

Was service ever ordered food for my family 5 orders exactly I ask for my self a teriyaki bowl well I was informed at the window after passing my card that there was none to get something else!!! so I told the young lady to cancel the whole order next thing I know my whole is been charged and my teriyaki bowl looks like it have chewed chicken on top mix with pieces of chicken

I ordered through the app for a home style chicken spicy sandwich for both meals ! Ahead of time ! I come home to GRILLED chicken sandwich howwwww do you confuse the two or it was plain laziness ! There was enough people for a fast and complete order I’m furious. There’s a huge difference between grilled and fried chicken. I’m disappointed.

Looks like they are not 24h anymore. We are from out of state and we’re super excited to have dinner here. We planned to be here late because of the 24h status of this restaurant. We would have made other plans or come earlier knowing they would be closed before 11:00 pm. We pulled up to the drive through at 10:25 pm, the restaurant was lit up as if open, waited at the speaker and no greeting. Dude at the window made us wait till we asked to be served to tell us “we are closed!” No explanation. Just rude.

The mini tacos were unexpectedly delicious. The service in the drive through was slow and the burgers were mediocre in comparison to other fast food franchises. I would probably go back but the next time I would adjust my expectations accordingly.

Service was slow, understandable with short staffing, had to wait longer on one meal which made the other food cold by the time we got it. Chickens breading was undercooked and grainy and this was their idea of adding the sauce to the sandwich.

I ordered door dash and I got 2 sauce loaded fries and all I got back was a small thing of normal curly fries and a burger bun? I tried just calling them to figure out what happened and see if they could fix it, and they answered and just immediately hung up. I tried again and just got immediately forwarded to there automatic message system which I couldn't leave a message for? I normally love jack in the box but I rather just got to Wendy's or Arby's at this point.

The milkshake was jus ice cream and 3 whole cookies they didn't stir it up. My mini tacos were old and oily. They got my order wrong 3 times. I ordered cherry ginger ale and told her 3 times and she still gave me a regular ginger ale that was watered down. And the attitude. No customer service. Will definitely not go back to that location.
