Fast & friendly service! (Really shocked) good service @ a Little Cesars in Charlotte is very hard to come by. Pizza was hot, fresh, cheesy & meaty! Loved it.
Rated it four stars because they don’t have any condiment packets (peppers,cheese,spice pack)

Ordered a Pepperoni thin. It was cooked perfectly and was ready FAST. First time and WILL not be our last. Hot, fresh and cheesy. Impressed. Hope to always encounter a perfect order 😁. Thank you. Don't mind the look of it took the picture with it moving around in the car.

if you ordered Doordash from here on 7/16 around 7:30 and you’re wondering why your pizza is a mess….i saw the lady give your pizza to her child who then proceed to sling it around and hold it sideways in the bag…. rip to your pizza 😭

A woman was working by herself and she was overwhelmed. Most people would just close the store. She was nice to me and the other customers and set expectations on the wait times amd why. The pizza was perfect and so was the service. I didn't mind the wait, but she is a soldier and I hope she gets rewarded for her hard work.

Overall the prices are great but the customers service part at this location sucks. Why have a number if you not going to answer it or why say it’s going to be ready at a certain time and when you get there the food is not ready. People where waiting in there car for a hour. They need to hire a new team.

This is the worst pizza place ever. I waited a whole 30 mins for 1 pizza that I never received because I got my money back when they said it would be longer than an hour. The cashier was the rudest i have ever seen. People were so upset because they had been waiting for close to 2 hours with call in orders. They didnt have any pizzas ready. This place need to take Hot and Ready sign down because nothing is ever ready. I will never go back to this location.
