Didn't know this was a chain, but the food and the staff made u feel at home! My daughter and I had the Italian and it was fantastic! Very fresh, toasty, extra mayo. Different vibe than JJs, but equally as tasty! Wish I had one near my hometown. I will definitely look for another when I'm travel
Went here yesterday with my fiancée and we loved it! Great sandwich shop located in the Southpark area. This is definitely a nice feature in the Piedmont Row shopping center. Employees are friendly, subs are great and I love that it feels so local for a franchise. Definitely will return back to this

The staff were amazing and attentive even to my daughters doing their orders (6,9). The food was delicious, my kids had potato soup and a turkey with avocado sandwich and we're in heaven. I had a wreck with chili and both were very delicious. You can tell they use high quality meat and fresh veggies
I was Hungry and glad I came here. I got the pick 2 with a cup of Chicken Enchilada soup and the farmhouse salad with Balsamic dressing. Couldn’t go wrong with this choice. Delicious! I started eating my salad before I snapped the picture, I was dying to sink my teeth into the chicken!!

I love this place!!! All of the ladies (and gentleman) behind the counter are always really very nice. The food is always great. My favorite is the pot pie soup. Definitely worth a try!

Quality of ingredients is great. Portion sizes are great. Customer service is great. I found Potbelly originally on a trip to DC and now go at least once a month in my hometown

Great Food. Great Service at this location. Parking was a little limited but when I arrived I was able to find a 1hr parking spot.
