I had just gotten off work and arrived 10 minutes too late for the lobby. But Tamera and Tori made sure I got my order though and had amazing customer service! Excellent experience overall and would come back.
They were very busy which is good for them. With so many cars in drive thru how can French fries be barely warm? And the windows guy sticks the drink out the windows talking and looking the opposite direction. It was like playing Wack A Mole trying to grab it ha.
The staff answers the phone, which is mind-blowing. I think they're killing it. Busy location, but the drive-thru actually moves. The food can be hit or miss at times, and the ice cream mixture seems off. The hot fudge syrup is really runny, and it should be thick.
Went through drive thru, service was normal for a McDonald's. None of the employees were friendly. Food was accurate and hot...so that's a plus!
This is the most reliable McDs I’ve found. Usually have the order right and not too terrible of a line. I am well aware McDs is not the best choice for anyone but life happens.
The women's bathroom was dirty, the cashier never asked us what size fries or drink on our order, just rang up what she thought we wanted on size. Late dinner run. We were given the wrong order because the order taker put the incorrect items in. The manager handled the situation very well and corrected the order pretty quickly.
