I ordered october 2 2023. Something has dramatically changed about this location. Used to be one of the worst PJ locations, now it’s made a total 180. Pizza was delicious and came extremely fast.
Would be 5 stars, but the delivery driver didn’t knock on my door or ring the doorbell, just left it on the ground.
No clue what happened, but what an amazing improvement! Did yall get on Kitchen Nightmares or something? Keep up the good work.

Hailey ALWAYS makes sure I have what I need when I need it. I order pizza for AFJROTC on Fridays. It's hot and fresh and she is super friendly. Papa johns freedom drive location!!

I have tried pizza from many places. However, I favor the stuffed crust pizza from here. I liked the consistency of the cheese and crust in the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. Overall, I like pizza hut for pizza with multiple toppings. However, I will definitely be ordering pizza from papa john's again.

I don't like using the third-party call center to place my order. So I pressed 5 on the options to speak with the manager about a bad order to place my order. I spoke with Bryan M and he was so intentional about making sure that as a customer I was taken care of. I live just outside of the delivery district which he was so willing to pay for doordash to deliver my order to me. Instead, I asked him to have one of his drivers bring it out, and that I would be willing to give a good tip. The delivery drivers name was Preston, and he represented Papa John's as a corporation to the fullest! I'm very grateful for the amount of effort and willingness that they were willing to show that I made sure when I gave Preston his tip, that he told me that I was the best hip he's ever received ever. I'm saying now, that this store is run by an awesome general manager! Bryan M. thank you so much for treating me with such respect not knowing me! Papa John's, I hope you take this GM into consideration as well as this delivery driver by the name of Preston who represented y'all so well that you would be willing to take notice of their actions! Thank you Papa John's for having such good people representing you!

This is a wonderful place, I was nervous because it was on Freedom Drive, I have had some not so good experiences with Freedom Dr food establishments. At this location the staff is kind. There is a young woman who currently works up front, she Always seems to be very positive. I have maybe had a couple pizzas that wasn't on point. But mostly the cook makes them well. If you ask for plates and seasonings they give you plenty!! I am glad to have given them a try!!

They gave themselves a $5 tip for me to come in and pick it up. We were starving so what are you gonna do?! My grandson said Nana That's not what you ordered but we're hungry let's try it... We love Papa John's Pizza please fix the issues at this store.
