The place was pretty clean. There is no ordering at a register, you have to do the order yourself and then wait for your name to be called. Food was the typical taco bell. Plenty of seats available when we were there.

Quick service and friendly staff working at the window. My only downfall was that the food was on the cold side. As a drive-through restaurant, I would have hoped that for my money, it would have been hot and fresh.

I got to the drive through their were about 10 cars before me. The line went really quick and I didn't notice any issues. Men and women working here are super nice and very helpful. I ordered 3 soft shell and 3 hard shell tacos for myself and my partner at work. I got to window and went to pay but the lady at the window handed me my food and said have a good night. I said I need to pay and she said the car in front of me paid for my food. I was shocked and surprised. No one has ever done that for me. I wish I could have thanked them. Since I could not thank them then I will pay for the car behind me the next time I go to a drive through.
This Taco Bell not only do they have excellent workers the customers are super AMAZING also!!!

For the record, I am a certified freak and have eaten at most of the Taco Bells in the Charlotte area. To whoever made my gordita crunch: that was the best GC I've ever had and it isn't the first time this has happened at this exact location. The food here hits better than any other location I've been to, and I am going to kiss the line cooks on their mouths.

Drive thru always crowded and long lines. Food is good however quantity is less compared to other Taco bell. Ample parking and quick on and off the interstate. Gas station is a good 5-10 min drive from this place, if you are looking for both food and gas. Vegetarian option available.

Still one of the best places to get a lot of cheap food. They had touchscreen ordering and my food was out very quickly.

Check out the Bell Breakfast. It defaults to sausage in the app. I change it to the one with bacon. Yum!
