Why only 4 stars. We give the Asian one more star for total of 5. Long day, headed back to hotel. This place popped up. The family house rice was really good. Lots of everything, so good. General tso and orange chicken. Great flavor lots of chicken and big portions with white rice. Would stop by again.

This place has been awesome to me over the years. I always order the same thing. Sesame chicken dinner combo and they never miss a beat! There the best in Charlotte!

As always our food was HOT and delicious! Our order was ready on time...

It's hard to get good Chinese food, so this place was a blessing! The General Tso chicken was fresh and was actually spicy. You can actually tell the difference between this and their sesame chicken. I'll definitely order again!

Great food! Friendly staff. Missing the personal experience because when we walked in, we noticed everything was blocked off with tables. It was confusing how to order. We had to order from a distance. The guy taking our order made me feel rushed. I felt stressed. We didn't have to wait long.

We often order delivery from here. The meat is tender and the veggies are super plentiful and very fresh! It feels like healthy Chinese food!

Great tasty food for a great price. I’ve ordered from here several times now and the food has been constantly tasty. Top on my list for take out places.

Have gotten food here several times for myself and coworkers, I've even brought my parents. For some reason, this place is just better than all the others. You can taste the quality and the portion sizes are competitive. You can order online and they deliver nearby. I will definitely return here again.

This is by far the best Chinese-American restaurant in town for me!
I have been coming here for years and always order their General Tso's.
I have also had their house low mein which is really good!

I ate the Beef and broccoli Lo mein with two spring roles. It was excellent :) This was my first try, I regret not having tried them sooner. The taste reminded me of Chineses food you'd get in NY.

The food we ordered was ready within 10minutes, hot and fresh. The lo mein, which was absolutely amazing, was not dry like a previous review stated. It was not overly oily, unlike most places. Highly recommend!!

Asian One is a very good Chinese spot in south Charlotte at Ardrey Kell and Johnson Rd. They have most of the usual Chinese- American fare and some unique Chef specials that are worth visiting such as Grand Marnier Shrimp with Honey Walnuts. Noteworthy appetizers include Shrimp Rolls, Soups, Chicken Wing (very Crispy) and fried wontons. They have several types of rice but their Fried rice is noteworthy while the standard white rice is forgettable. Their Fried Dumplings and Scallion Pancakes were not as good as I hoped. The Lo Mein and Egg Foo Young are above average, but no Moo Shu anything (oh how I miss it!). For their spicy dishes you can adjust spice up and down but if you don't ask otherwise it is generally fairly mild. Fast Service, Family Owned, Local and great quality. Its often my first choice for Chinese.

I have eaten here for many years since it opened. The Lo Mein is pretty solid. They do the standard dishes well. It's never too crowded and the service is good.

This place is good but have to get certain things. The sesame chicken, spring rolls, hibachi, plain lo mein, or Chinese donuts. Delivery is fast and they are consistent.

What happened??. We used to love this place. Great delivery service backed up with on line ordering.
Last week we ordered the habachi chicken and shrimp for $12.95. Something different sounded good. Well, the portion of chicken and shrimp were tiny and there was a large pile of rice. the chicken was barely cooked.
I sent an email asking for a refund, and they never got back to me.
Needless to say, it's back to Mama Wok
