We arrived around noon at this location for an hour of game playing for my daughter's birthday. All of the games were working and we loved the variety. The location was very clean as were the restrooms. We didn't try the food this time but we thought the pizza was a little pricey. We were a little disappointed that we did not see Chuck E. come out while we were there. Also, I understand that the nature of the job isn't the greatest, but many of the employees looked miserable. We decided to come back later to collect prizes with our tickets because the girl at the ticket counter looked like she was out of patience with little kids trying to make up their minds. Of course, the kids don't notice these things, so they had a fantastic experience at this location. We will come again.

I really liked being here as there were many fun games to play, and the animatronic characters were very quirky.
Young man very down to earth guy says he went there since he was 5 knows his stuff it rlly is nostalgic for me especially the showbiz aspect
What can be said about Charles Eugene Cheese's that hasn't been said about the Sharknado franchise, because they're both just as chaotic. Imagine 5 children's birthday parties happening within a 2000 square foot rectangle. Now fill that rectangle with flashing lights and beeping noises, and a six foot tall rodent who seems to be the life of the party. Finally, dump 500 pounds of sugar in there and shake well. Viola! You've got a Saturday afternoon at ol' Charle's place, the best child casino in all the land! All in all good service and very friendly staff. Not what you'd call "affordable" but also not like renting out the Four Seasons either (not the landscaping one). Kind of like going to Vegas, you gotta do a Chuck E. Cheese birthday at least once in your life.
Our location closed so we had to travel from out of state to find a location with Helen Hen who my kid loves most. This location is better any of the ones in CHS, ATL, or Bham that we have been to - clean, well staffed and a full working stage!
I can't rate the food, we just went to let the kids play the games. Staff was very professional and friendly. They made sure all our numbers matched before we could leave.
The only complaint I have is that there were a few games that were broke. They needed to put signs on them, because you would pay and then figure out it was broken. This wasn't fun for the kids.
Over all it was a very pleasant visit. Most important the kids had a blast.
On my road trip to DC along the way, we stopped by the Charlotte NC Pineville location to check out their amazing 3 Stage. I had an amazing time here at the Chuck E Cheese in Charlotte, NC Pineville-Matthews Location. Service is absolutely fantastic, all games are in great working order, food is super delicious made with the highest tier quality, and their 3 stage is the best out of all of the 3 stage animatronic stages shows left alongside with it having a replica of the Munch JR animatronic. Absolute phenomenal job overall Charlotte Pineville NC and it’s a great choice and visit when anyone is from the Charlotte area or those traveling along the way and passing by the Charlotte area.
I went to this Chuck E Cheese to see the animatronics and they were in very decent condition! The staff was very nice and helpful, the place was very clean and I enjoyed my time here!
Positives: THE reason to go is of course the three stage animatronics. Please never get rid of. This is why I drove 1 hour and a half to go to this specific location.
Secondly the games are OK. Highlights for the arcade are Luigis mansion, and crusin blast. This is where I feel it could be so much better. Instead of mostly ticket games add about 5 to 10 more actual classic arcade games (ie spiderman 1991, the old crusin USA, TMNT, Street fighter, etc) and the revenue will increase.
Lastly on the positive is the cleanliness, food, and staff. Top quality in the department of cleanliness and the staff was better than a lot of places but I get it; It's not a job most people take seriously and the service was a little lacking. Had to ask questions about everything just to know. The pizza was good and I'd definitely eat there again.
The only real negatives were the costs were a bit high for games and food but over all I'd still come back for all the positives and especially the three stage.
As someone who travels quite a bit to see the last remaining Chuck E. Cheese animatronic bands, this is definitely one of the best I’ve seen and one of the best locations. First and foremost, the animatronics are awesome and in amazing condition! The technicians are truly passionate about their jobs, it’s gonna be a sad day when the stage is gone. The staff was super friendly and quick to chat with me, super involved with the guests too with live shows and such. Food was good as usual with CEC. An all around good time! I cant recommend this Chuck E Cheese enough!
