It's fine. It's an in-store Starbucks in Target so there are not four baristas rushing around to serve customers. The lady at the counter was super great and did all one human being could possibly do at lunch hour. Congrats to her.
I just visited this Starbucks tonight, inside the Target in downtown Charlotte. Although it was late, the service was great. They also encouraged me to try the seasonal drink, Caramel Apple latte, which is made of steamed apple juice, cinnamon dulche base, whipped cream and topped with caramel? I

This Starbucks is very convenient and the staff is great. One employee let me use her cartwheel app before I had one to get a discount on my drink!
Great coffee shop! Very clean with good service and pricing.
Service speed wasn't fast but not too slow either. Thought I'd mention that because there were only 3 orders including mine.
Asked for extra cream.. the barista had me drink my coffee a little to fit more in my cup. ❤️
