My daughter and I love coming to this Subway because Lily always has a big smile and makes the best sandwiches!!!!

Best customer service ever!!! The young girl that was working in here did an amazing job with her service. She was the only one working and got us I and out with a smile and speedy service! That is saying a lot! Because the customer service in the university area sucks when it comes to fast food 😕

The sandwich maker is amazing. She just doesn't prepare your meal, she REMEMBERS your order and YOU. When you reenter the door, she knows what to prepare--what bread and condiments you like. The man working there was working as fast as possible with a long line. Major kudos to him! But he should not have to work alone especially when it gets soo busy! The subs were great!

I visited this place today and I was served well, however I had to really raise my voice to be heard through my mask AND the very loud music playing in the store. I think that since we all have a hard time hearing through masks, it is common sense the music should not be on.

Usually good but they sometimes don't get my orders correct. I always order from the subway app so.it is exactly ordered as I want it but some sandwich makers don't pay attention to my requests.

I love the customer service from the young teenage girl! She has such a great attitude.

This store maybe outdated, but the Service is excellent & my Sandwich was well prepared, especially when Jacob works!
