We love this place, but we having waiting for an hour in line. I feel so bad for the only 2 employees they have working their butt off, without stopping, taking online orders, taking in person orders, and also on the register. I think the owner of this place should give a very good bonus to this 2 wonderful hardworking employees. And the line is still very long outside. I hope soon they can have extra help.

I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about but I have visited this location for the past two months ordering ice cream cakes for special occasions. From start to finish the ordering process was a breeze. I spoke with Malik--Shift Manager (there are 2 Maliks there but the one I am referring to is a shift manager) and he was more than accommodating and took my order precisely and even explained all the options, which were very many. The first cake I ever ordered and received from this store was absolutely delicious and Malik created it exactly in detail the way I wanted. He was courteous and absolutely the sweetest person to speak with. He made me like I was the only customer he was interested in and made me feel at ease that I was going to pick up a wonderful birthday cake. He was right!! it was absolutely delicious and looked beautiful. I have placed other orders for cakes at Brusters, DQ, and even tried HT and others in the freezer case. None of these even compared to Cold Stone cakes. I recently ordered another birthday cake and specifically asked for Malik-(Shift Manager). Once again I received the same courteous and caring person taking my order and making my cake. I picked up the cake myself just to meet Malik and tell him in person how great he has been to me. There were quite a bit of people in line ordering items but you have to understand these employees are doing the best they can and as quickly as they can. There are quite a few items people order that takes time to create and rushing to make it does not help. So be patient with these employees and think about it's not only scooping that they are doing. As for the cleanliness of the restaurant, I am very particular about cleanliness and where I eat but I found nothing wrong with the interior of the dining room. Everything looked clean and the employees were going as fast as they could to make specialties and deliver ice cream. Thanks Malik for a job well done and making my cakes exceptionally delicious and beautiful!!! I will be returning to your store BECAUSE OF YOU!!!!

Boy! Three Bedrooms, Two Baths, And One Homicide....

LOOOOVE! My first time trying Cold Stone ( don't judge me LOL) and love it! this location was great. I had a great customer service experience and they aren't' stingy with the ingredients. :)
