I got the choc. chunk minis, white choc. macadamia & oatmeal choc. walnut all are delicious and always warm. I got lucky tonight cause this particular location stay out of stuff, imma say b/c they stay busy!
Always usually a great experience at this location. I always order delivery and never go into the store. I order the confetti cookie, Reese’s peanut butter cookie, m&m, & chocolate oatmeal walnut. All so delicious! Only one time my order was messed up and they made it right for me. Thanks to their great customer service line that I called plus the manager reaching out Medra, that was very thoughtful & I am a happy customer!
A warm cookie that feels like it's straight out of the oven. What's not to love?!? My go-to cookie continues to be the S'mores. It's on the Deluxe menu which means it's larger and more expensive. But for the occasional treat, it definitely hits the spot!
They never delivered my cookies nor called me to let me know but marked my order as delivered.. Called the store and told them what happened and just like that they got them to me just took a really long time lol. I love insomnia cookies even with their slowwwww service 🫠
Awesome place for icecream, brownies and yummy cookies. Cookies are really very very soft, high quality and super tasty. I would recommend each to give it a try. Its worth.
We came to visit the cafe next door but when I saw Insomnia Cookies, I couldn't resist. I was even more excited that they had several vegan cookie options. I got the birthday cake and it was delicious.
Really good cookies, and I LOVE their blondies. They had red velvet brownies for valentines day and I really with they would bring them back. They have staples cookies that stay on the menu, but also new cookie items each month. They are a bit pricey, but they are worth it.
Delicious! I don't remember how I came accross this place but when I saw the pictures of the cookies I had to find it. I placed my order online to pick up at 1 pm. I got 6 deluxe cookies and a pint of ice cream for $27. I got to the store and they could not find my order (just like so many other reviewers said). The employee was apologetic and very nice. He explained their system was down earlier. I couldn't help but laugh when I thought about all the other patrons who left reviews with a similar experience. 15 minutes later I had my cookies and boy oh boy it was worth the wait. Soft and moist and textured and sexy. DELICIOUS! I will definitely return. Took off 1 star because of the lost order issue.

These are good cookies. We got chocolate chunk, m&ms and oatmeal raisin. The chocolate leaves a taste in your mouth. Its tastes like its on the dark side. Other than that good customer service. Good crunch to the cookies.
