Hispanic lady behind the counter told me I could get cash back and when I tried to no option appeared for cash back and when I tried to returned the purchase with both my Samsung pay and physical copy of the same card she told me I couldn't get my money back and then rushed me out.

The owner of the store accused me and my friends of stealing when he saw us paying i dont recommend the 7-Eleven right there

The best thing they can do is either train the manager Muhammad on how to handle situations better or fire him.

If I could award negative stars I would. This is hands down the worst 7 eleven I’ve ever been to. They sold us rotten milk with 3 days until expiry. Met with nothing but resistance and inconsiderate management when attempted to exchange or reimburse. Needless to say this place is in a good location

Google needs to update the hours - they are not open 24 hours and have not been for the entire pandemic. Closes at 10 PM. Also there is an issue on some of the map tools where this store is actually located. You have to look at the address and then find the park it is across from. Google maps locate
