It was good. It's a pretty large sports bar and grill with lots of TVs and lots of tables. We just went in for drinks after dinner. Service was good. They played a variety of music, not too loud. Had several pool tables, a nice draft list and they did have a food menu too, though I didn't look at it.

Aja is the best bartender hands down. Service is always great. Madison and Isis are always happy and willing to help wherever is needed! Managers are wonderful and always smiling when greeting customers.

1st time here. We liked it. Service was good. Food was delicious. We split an Ultimate Platter and had a beer. Prices were reasonable. The tables and chairs were all wobbly. Haha. So be wary of that. There were 8 pool tables and a few areas for large groups. We will definitely go back on date night again!!

The friendly efficient staff (especially the bartenders) make this place stand out! The menu has a wide variety of choices and I enjoy their salads. This location has a different feel than most Fox & Hounds with a large number of pool tables and great spaces to reserve for events. I highly recommend going there to watch a Panthers game! They have so many TVs you’ll definitely be able to find your game on!

Aja is the most amazing bartender I’ve ever had. She’s knowledgeable and attentive and makes great conversation. She makes me feel welcome and seen and heard. She remembered my name after the first time seeing her. She is amazing! Ask for Aja! Drinks are always on point as is the food. Kyle is also an incredible cook! Come and see them at the fox and hound! Lee is also an amazing server and bartender. Ask for any of them and you won’t be disappointed!

My friend knew about this place and brought me to play Table Tennis and Pool. The A/C is currently broken but it isn't a problem until the summer time comes. So, hopefully it's fixed by then. The girls that work there are awesome and friendly. Wednesday they have karaoke night where some of the waitresses show off their talent making for a good time. Tuesday night is an intense night of free entry poker where you can win something. My favorite part of it all though is the Table Tennis where my friends and I have basically rooted ourselves. We come just about 3 times a week now after work and never fail to have an awesome time. Nicole is an amazing waitress who always wears a pretty smile while keeping up with refills. I would suggest asking for her and leaving good tips for the great service!

I come here once a week with a group of friends, they recently changed the menu but all my friends usually get a burger, and the fries are awesome. The staff has been very friendly. Tons of pool tables. The only complaint I have is that it is very typical dark bar lighting and I am not a fan of that,but dealer choice.

This place is awesome!!!! Lee, bartender, is exceptional!!! She is attentive , very professional, & kind! She also has a great memory, remembering me after only meeting me once, three days later!!! The ONLY thing I could say that isn't wonderful about this place is that food prices are a little high, however Lee and the other bartender (last Sunday night) more than make it worthwhile!!!! I'll go back next time I'm in town!!!

I've been meaning to visit this spot for a while. The food was fantastic. It was really slow and the server seemed like she was new. There weren't many people in because it was Thursday night but I feel like the service should have been a little faster because of that. I don't know that I will go back to eat in there but I might order a burger to go sometime.

This is one of my main places to stop by on the weekends and sometimes during the week.. Generally always a good atmosphere and the food is always pretty damn good for what it is..Not a high class restaurant and not expecting that..just a place to go and chill for a bit and grab a brew or few and watch some games..The wait staff is always courteous and friendly on my visits..My favorite staff member is Coyia... She's oddly quirky and humorous and a highlight of mine and my friends and a reason to continue visiting..You need to add more appetizers like the pretzel bites (phenom) btw..Overall always a genuinely good experience...Thanks, Thomas J

Loved the atmosphere was a perfect mix of different age groups... Drinks and food on point and loved the pool tables and dj after 9... The waitress though she could have paid a lot more attention to the table once it started getting busier...

The front desk and bar staff members were so blatantly rude! Our waitress was great, but we will never go there again due to the other staff's terrible attitudes. A business won't do well if the first and last impressions are miserable, scowling people who treat customers so rudely. Good luck!

This was my second time here went to celebrate a co-worker's birthday had a great time I can't remember the Greeter's name but she was very helpful she looked out the whole night to make sure we were good..., & our server Lee she was really really great..gave us MVP cards and we got $10 off will definitely be coming back again

Amazing staff and service. Fox and the hound Pineville brings together the quality experience of the fox with plenty of pool tables, corn hole, and a prime location.
Food is exceptional and you really get the sense that the staff are like family and work as a team to give you quality service even when bustling and packed.

I have been to this location 2 times over the passed few months including today, and I love this place! The food is amazing, and the service is great! Not sure the watresses name but on my receipt it says "106 Bar card". She was super nice and prompt! I will definitely recommend this location to others!

Went tonight, first time at this location. We waited for about 45 minutes and out server only stopped by to check on us once after about 20 minutes and me telling her i was hungry. I asked to speak to a manager and Jeff (the manager) was very understanding and apologetic. He immediately went to see what was going on with our order, he then came to our table again to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience & explained what happened & hoped we would give them another chance. In addition he comped our meal for us. Jeff was the determining factor of whether or not we would return. And because of his professionalism & sincere care and immediately addressing the situation, I will gladly return. And the food was DELISH! Thank You for your courtesy Jeff. ��

the evening started out great, the Strawberry lemonade drinks we had were really good, a little while later a large birthday party came in and we didn't see our waitress much after that, also when she brought the checks they were wrong she charged us for too many drinks. I probably won't go back here.

I moved to Charlotte about a year ago and was looking for a new "hometown" bar/restaurant to hang out at after work. I used to frequent Fox and Hound in Mason, Ohio so I figured I'd give this one a try. From the first visit the staff and management has been nothing but great! The bartenders here are incredible and always go above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome and have a great time. Aja, Tiki, Sara, and Dani are all great at what they do and have regulars coming back in to see them every time I'm there. The food has always been great and I've never had an issue. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes to get my meal and it's consistently great every time! Laura the GM is doing a great job here.... her staff is awesome, the restaurant looks great, the food is fantastic, and she makes sure to talk to me every time I come in. The "culture" inside this location is what brings me back. You can't have a successful restaurant without it. Being a restaurant manager myself I'm pretty picky about what I see in other concepts but I honestly have nothing but praise for everything they do here. Keep up the great work and I'm sure you will continue to have huge success here! If I can make one suggestion.... build a bigger bar at this location! It's way too busy for such a small bar. Larger TVs at the bar would be nice too!!
