My order was ready surprisingly quick for me to pick up. When I went to pick up my order, there was two male workers who walked right pass me while I was at the counter, and did not acknowledge my presence. I thought that was rude of them to treat me as if I was invisible. They could have said hello or someone will be with me shortly or something. Eventually a nice older lady came to the counter and helped me.

Hey pizza and cheese sticks were great. However, they were delivery 15 minutes after the estimated delivery time. This made the pizza a bit soft and soggy.

Gave me a pizza white no sauce on it and the sauce on the side. Dafuc. Oh and I had to pay a delivery fee, even though I had to come get it because their delivery driver didn’t show up. Never order from here.

This was my 3rd time coming to eat here have a delay of taking my order the second time no one came to ask if we need help or something, this last time my family and I when back and have a good experience the guy how waiter our table was nice and fast on taking care us. food was good we have fun . hope this services keep it like this and all those bad reviews goes away .

Order my food, takes 2 hours to deliver.... think maybe it's just bad luck, try again same thing... I walk in tell them to change a delivery to carry out when no one answers and wait 30 minutes to get a phone call from my wife saying it's delivered. Even though my family loves Pizza Hut, it's time for another pizza place.

I'm am so disgusted with this location and their delivery times, as well as customer service!! I have called and complained about management and their delivery times and nothing has been done about it!! I was supposed to receive coupons for my previous inconvenienced times but still haven't received any coupons after over a month of waiting!! Marquita is the evening manager most times I call and order and her customer service sucks worse than the regular employees!! The fact that this location is the only one who delivers to my address I'm disappointed because me and my kids love Pizza Hut!! Something needs to be done!! Corporate will continue to hear from me until something is done!! It's one thing to make a mistake but to continuously go through this kind of stress from a food chain that is so popular is disgusting!! Get y'all shit together!!

To the bitchy manager who was rude as hell and refused to give me her name....don't worry, I'll be letting corporate know. My pizza(which I am still waiting on) was ordered an hour ago and had a 25-35 min wait time listed. I was calling to follow up on where it was and when I said I was doing so she said "where is it coming to" I misunderstood what she meant although her wording was poor and told her my house. She laughed at me and said "yeah hunny that's obvious"(or something similar) I told her her attitude was unnecessary and she said laughed again. When I asked for her manager she said "that's me" and got all snarky and said "it's on it ways" when I asked how long she repeated "it's in its way" I asked for her name and she hung up on me.

El servicio fue muy pobre. Mi esposo & yo estuvimos esperando bastante para que nos asignaran una mesa porque el empleado al parecer estaba hablando. Nos dijeron que en aproximadamente de 8 a 10 minutos iba a estar la orden & esperamos muchísimo más. Solo habían 3 empleados. Entiendo que ése fue el problema, deberían contratar más personal para evitar tanta espera & poco servicio al cliente. La comida estaba deliciosa & no tuvimos quejas, pero en cuanto a el servicio no estuvimos satisfechos...

HORRIBLE! Some employee named (KEE-Ana) Called me RUDE AS CAN BE telling me the driver was not in so either i cancel the order or go pick it up, said i could not. I told her I’d wait since I cannot go out & SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I called again because I’m not giving my money to a company that has these type of people working for them HORRIBLE customer service HORRIBLE.

WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!!! Will never order from here again, last night was the final straw. Over the course of almost 3 years, this place has gotten worse and worse. We have gotten more account credits than I can count from crappy delivery experiences. Pizza is cold, orders are wrong and take HOURS longer than supposed to. Can take up to 2 and a half hours to receive pizza (that is COLD) and the store is less than a mile from me. Always have to reheat it in the oven. The only reason we ordered from here last night was to use up a credit we had but now NEVER AGAIN! Rude manager who argues with you, employees are total morons who can’t even speak an audible or logical sentence over the phone. My toddler could answer the phone better. DOMINOS FROM NOW ON!! Wish this thing allowed to give ZERO stars!!!
