Made an order for pickup a little after 7pm. As soon as I get here to pick it up, I was told my order was canceled because they were too busy and the site was being shut down. But prior to me walking in, a guy walked in ahead of me and was able to place his order. That's not fair. If my order was made online 30 minutes before his, there's no way he should have been able to make his order. So now I have to drive 15 minutes away to order pizza I already ordered.

Worst dominos location I have ever ordered from. Its dumb of me to continue ordering here after 3 or 4 times that I have waited over 2 hours for pizza but I decided to try one more time but with carry out since the store is only 5 minutes from me. I figured it would be faster since it said a 20 minute wait time and 2 hours later the tracker still says its being prepped. I then called the store, was on hold for 20 minutes and then I refresh the tracker and it says my order is canceled. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. I do not understand how this place is still in business.

My son had his 2nd bday party at romp n roll. Dominoes pizza was ordered but they closed that day for an emergency. No one notified me the pizza would not be available. After scrambling to feed these kids (thank God there’s a Papa Johns in the area) I now see dominoes has still charged me for a pizza I never received! Instead of them to refund me they are giving me a run around. I am yet to be refunded.

Terrible people and manager. Do not order from here unless you want to wait 3 hours for your delivery. It's happened 3 times. I place an order on app which it says 40 minutes then after an hour I call to check, and the worker says oh its going to be another 2 hours before we can get that to you. Worst service. Then cancel takes 3 days. I will never order again no matter what time.

7/15/22-This place just keeps disappointing….
This location keeps getting worse as time goes by. If you know delivery is ridiculous time delay don’t offer it just like you use to so people don’t sit at home for an hour waiting on an order that isn’t even made. Why not call the customer and explain instead of pausing my order and not saying anything

Yes I do understand that you paused my order but if you as a business have issues with delivery and times would you not just pause deliveries for the night? You have before! First they said 2 hours and then 2 1/2 hours for delivery but no one called me to say hey is this ok. Place accurate delivery time on the tracking it’s misleading.

Wings are getting smaller and smaller each time I order, I have to make an double order to even taste them and it s the only thing my grandson will eat from, he's 2yr and can eat one order and not be full. Going to have to search for another Pizza or wing place. pasta was delivered without tops on it, its better to call in the order and give detailed info on putting tops on food and making sure that the it all stays warm while pizza is cooking.

This location was extremely understaffed however the manager and all the employees did an amazing job managing the chaos of customers. While customers were unhappy with the wait the employees managed adversity of phone barage, backed up orders, unhappy clients and resilience. The owner needs to push for hiring as much as possible. Clients should consider the climate of the world and keep wait times flexible.
