Good service. I only gave them 4 stars because our impossible burgers didn't come with any lettuce and, although I dined in, I didn't feel like asking for it. Other than that I would have given them 5 stars. Burger King has definitely improved on there food.

The staff are always fast and kind. Clean place, accurate orders, and good food. They just redid the exterior too! Looks phenomenal

I dropped my onion rings was asking about purchasing another order however he said don't worry he just replaced them how's that for customer service ❣️

I stop here in the mornings on my way to work for breakfast and it is always hot and delicious! There is a lady at window 2 who always has a smile on her face and it is so appreciated!

This is one of the best Burger King's in Charlotte!! Especially the morning/lunch crew. The food is hot & fresh around those times. Big ups to the crew!!!

The drive thru has very good people who smile and are a pleasure to get breakfast from. The morning crew is almost always very efficient and the food is good.

This has to be the absolute best burger king location that I have been too, let me preface this by saying I eat here atleast once a week for lunch. Every time I come the staff is very friendly and professional, the wait times are short from order to receiving food, every single order and I do mean every single order I ha e placed here had been 100% correct which if I'm being honest is a rarity for burger king but this place has never messed up my food. All in all this is by far the best burger king I've had the pleasure of being a patron of.

Drive thru folks were courteous and the food order was correct and nice and hot. We asked for fries with no salt and the wait was not long. When I opened the ketchup pack I got it all over my clothes and was trying to get it off. We were still sitting in the spot near the drive thru so an employee came out to see if everything was ok. I told her what was going on and she asked if we needed anything and got us what we needed. Just want to say kudos to her. I really appreciate her kindness. I didn't get her name but I hope she sees this review.
